Injury on the glans

Hey all,
I suffered an injury on my glans and it would be very nice to have some advice what it might be.
I know this doesn’t replace a doctor but maybe someone had the same injury and can tell me what it might be and if I can do anything to cure it.
Now I will answer some of the basic questions when posting an injury thread (only the ones I found relevant for my case):
Age: 26
General health: Very fit, doing sports multiple times a week and in good shape.
Do you smoke/take medication?: No smoke, no drugs, no medication
Do you suffer from anxiety, stress, fatigue, depression etc.: No
Are you typically physically relaxed or tense?: Relaxed
Do you have any known health conditions: No
What symptoms do you have?
1. Something that looks like a popped vein or a bladder in a line on the top of the glans.
2. The tissue looks different on the top part of the glans. There is some sort of a line in the middle that marks the edge.
How long have you had them?
Since a year approximately.
Have they been the same over that time or have they got better/worse?
Mostly the same, maybe it got a bit worse as long as I continued to train. I stopped training a few months ago but it didn’t really become better.
Are there certain times of day the symptoms are better or worse?
I can see the injury that looks like a popped vein only when the penis is getting at least a bit erect because it needs pressure on the glans.
And the tissue on the top part of the glans looks different when the penis is non erect.
Have you seen a medical professional with your symptoms?
Not yet, but I will.
How do you think your condition/symptoms occurred?
I did stretching, jelqing and hanging. It could be from either but I think the most probable cause was stretching because I stretched fairly hard and it put pressure on the top of my glans (e.g. I often had little red punctures on the top of the glans). I never did it erect of course but even non erect it puts pressure on my glans. I mostly did PE a few times a week, sometimes more sometimes less rigid. A normal set was 10m of stretching, 20m of hanging and 15m of jelqing. I informed myself a lot about proper PE to prevent injuries but of course maybe I did things wrong or my Penis is just not conditioned for it.
Is there anything else you can add that may be useful to know about yourself or your condition?
I don’t really have other problems than the visual ones, e.g. I have no problem to obtain an erection.
