Glans injury

Glans injury

So I recently began stretching 1 week ago and I notice that I feel slight pain when I apply pressure to my glans. I am uncut and when I stretch I pull my foreskin back and grip at the corona which would sometimes slip to my glans. I perform warm ups for 5-7 mins before stretching and about 2 mins after stretching. I follow the NEWBIE ROUTINE but I have not performed jelqs for sometime. I have also noticed I have improved EQ. My only concern is the slight pain. Is this a normal side effect or have I damaged something? Will this heal back to normal? And should I cut off PE for a while so that the healing process takes place?

It is normal. You shouldn’t squeeze the glans, at least not much. To avoid the slipping, try a soft cotton towel.

I notice the same thing. I think it means we are doing our workouts correctly. Not too much and not too little and the next day slight glans discomfort.

Thanks. The pain has reduced considerably now.
