I just started to do some PE exercises. Now I want to add something to the newbie routine for the glans. I found an exercise on this homepage called the “Glans Buster”. I want to know if anyone here has any experience with it? Down bellow you can read a description of it.

Glans Buster (Head, girth)
If you want to target glans gains, this exercises is the way to go. But be careful and do not overdo them. That could result in some nasty bruises on your glans, but no permanent damage should occur. Get your penis to a 70% erect state. Do an really hard kegel, and grab the base of your penis firmly with an OK grip. Now do a 3-4 second jelq toward the base of the glans, and HOLD there for 10 seconds. The glans should be extremely pumped up at this state.Now release and repeat the whole procedure with the other hand.

I would be very careful as a newbie doing that exercise.

Most people recommend doing the newbie routine as is for at least three months. That way you learn about your penis, and how it responds to PE. If you do not have that knowledge, then it is very very easy to overdo it and hurt yourself with exercises like that.

That being said, after two months in, I began to do 2 or 3 of this exercise per workout:

Again very carefully as it is quite stressful. It has been a year now but I still would not do more than 5 per workout. My penis has been very good to me and I do not want to hurt it!

Does anyone know of exercises that DON’T enlarge the glans?! My glans is already bigger than my shaft, and whenever I jelq, pump, clamp, anything - it gets even bigger than it (i.e., the glans enalrges/engorges, shaft doesn’t). I almost feel as if my glans is going to enlarge but my shaft isn’t.


START: 11/18/08: BPEL- 6 1/8 in. (15cm) x EG 4 3/8 in. (11.3cm)

GOAL: 6 1/2 in. X 5 in. By end of Jan '09

So it swells up during the exercises - that is normal. Is it enlarged permanently? That is unusual.

Thank you for your answer. I will stick to the newbie exercises for about two months. By the way, is the newbie program supposed to done two times a day or one?

Thanks, one last question. I read a lot about different types of stretches over the last few days. I was wondering about the V-stretches specifically, are they too advanced for me?

Personally I stuck with 5-way stretches at first. You will get some nice newbie length from that. You could do that for a while and then maybe try a couple V and/or A stretches and see how they work out for you.

No mgus, not permanently, just during exercises. Its just a bit off-putting because lets say for example, during a jelq, I get much noticeable expansion in my glans from a stroke, but almost none in the shaft.

Now that I think about it, the post was a bit unnecessary.. My only gains so far are a .25 in. in length, and the glans is the same, so I guess I should have nothing to worry about and just keep on truckin.

This describes exactly what I did as a teenager. I still do them now. I can’t claim that it made my glans any larger, but I don’t think it hurt. Please be careful if you’re going to try them.

I do something like those already. I’ve got a small discolouration on my glans from PE possibly a bruise thats never gone away. I can’t see it when I’m errect so it’s not a drama for me.

The corpora are surrounded by the tunica, and that is some seriously tough stuff. It will not readily balloon.

This is why I will hold my jelq grip about every 10th stroke at the base of the glans, keggle blood in, hold my other grip at the base, give a slight press toward the center with both grips and pressure up the mid-shaft, then “oh so carefully and slowly” do some shaft bends. Expands the entire shaft nicely. I have a very firm jelq grip with good form, so my glans stays swelled like a rock during my entire session and it has stayed proportionate to my shaft gains.

I have a very slight bend to the left and am unable to flex toward the right at all, so I mostly concentrate up and down.
