My jelq routine for those that have asked via private message

1. Pre warm for 2-3 minutes in hot (just tolerable) water
2. Jelq at 60%+/- 10% erection for 15-20 minutes, 1-3 second tempo, moderately heavy grip, good form
3. Every few minutes, maintain forward grip at glans, maintain grip at base and balloon mid-shaft
4. After ballooning, carefully apply bends in all 4 directions then continue jelq at 1-3 second tempo
5. After jelqing, post warm 2-3 minutes in hot (just tolerable) water

I use a water based lubricant from Wal Mart, costs about $3 and I always stay very lubed up. During ballooning or bends, I pay very close attention to internal pressures.

If I reach a 80% or so erection level, I will pause and allow it to subside, then restart at the 50% or so mark.

After a good jelq session, it is very common to experience noticeable retraction. That is a pretty common reaction to working your unit beyond what it is used to.

I jelq every other day and/or 3 days per week.

With this jelq routine I have noticed:
1. Over 1” of permanent girth gain that has been maintained after quitting PE for a couple of years.

2. Erection quality during the time that I jelqed on this schedule was beyond amazing. My wife actually complained that I was to hard!

3. My control during sex was vastly improved. I came only when I was ready to.

Jelqing works. It took me from a starting stat of 4.125” EG to 5.25” EG in roughly 1 year of time. Good form, patience and believing is the ticket to success! Good luck and happy jelqing!

Sure, during my jelqing routine, I will pause and maintain my forward hand grip and keep squeeze applied just below the glans (end of my stroke).

Meantime, you should already have your second stroke hand firmly grasped at the base for your normal jelq form. I essentially have grips on both ends and blood trapped between the two grips.

I will then apply pressure inward with both hands with causes expansion (ballooning effect) between the grip points. I will hold this for several seconds while also doing a kegel type motion for maximum expansion.

After I lighten my grip,just a bit, I will bend in all four directions slowly and then resume my jelq tempo in normal form.

I do this every couple of minutes and it really causes some major expansion. This is not a newbie exercise and should be performed with the utmost caution. You REALLY have to know your unit and the signs it gives you as this can cause injury! Know your pressure limits!

I also advocate the use of a multi vitamin for healthy tissue repair and L-Arginine use for max blood flow and tissue repair.

Thanks for the tips. Just wondering if your girth growth was in width(corpus cavernosum) or depth(corpus spongiosum)?

Both really. I did notice though that the profile from side view has changed a bit.

Wow excellent stuff, that’s the exact girth gain I am aiming for. Did you do any stretches or did the length also come from this routine as well?


Start (Jan 2011): FL=8.75cm(3.44") BPEL=18.35cm (7.22") EG=11.6cm(4.56")

Current: FL=10.50cm(3.94") BPEL=19.55cm (7.69") EG=13.25cm(5.21")

Goal: BPEL=19.1cm (7.5") EG=14.0cm(5.5") and reduce my fat pad!

I attribute length (re-gains) to my extender mostly.

Nice one! It reminds me to this thread opened by newbie back in 2002

I’ve been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

When he recommends about the same.

I´ve come back to pe and what I´m doing right now is just 15 minutes of 50 to 80% wet jelq on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. It "fits" me better than a typical "2 on 1 off" whereas I´ve to be constantly remembering if I´ve done any pe the day before.

I was planning to do it from Monday to Friday and then adding time but I think I´ll stick with the schedule above and adding minutes each month, 20 minutes each day maximum.

I want to stick to this routine a year, with a net gain of just 1 cm (0,4 inches) I will be more than happy!

This thread is in my favourite list now as it will help me as a motivation!
