My jelq routine for those that have asked via private message
1. Pre warm for 2-3 minutes in hot (just tolerable) water
2. Jelq at 60%+/- 10% erection for 15-20 minutes, 1-3 second tempo, moderately heavy grip, good form
3. Every few minutes, maintain forward grip at glans, maintain grip at base and balloon mid-shaft
4. After ballooning, carefully apply bends in all 4 directions then continue jelq at 1-3 second tempo
5. After jelqing, post warm 2-3 minutes in hot (just tolerable) water
I use a water based lubricant from Wal Mart, costs about $3 and I always stay very lubed up. During ballooning or bends, I pay very close attention to internal pressures.
If I reach a 80% or so erection level, I will pause and allow it to subside, then restart at the 50% or so mark.
After a good jelq session, it is very common to experience noticeable retraction. That is a pretty common reaction to working your unit beyond what it is used to.
I jelq every other day and/or 3 days per week.
With this jelq routine I have noticed:
1. Over 1” of permanent girth gain that has been maintained after quitting PE for a couple of years.
2. Erection quality during the time that I jelqed on this schedule was beyond amazing. My wife actually complained that I was to hard!
3. My control during sex was vastly improved. I came only when I was ready to.
Jelqing works. It took me from a starting stat of 4.125” EG to 5.25” EG in roughly 1 year of time. Good form, patience and believing is the ticket to success! Good luck and happy jelqing!
