This ridge has started to develop under the glans area inside the foreskin when it’s pulled over…
I stopped PE for a few weeks to see if it went down and it shrank a tiny amount but didn’t seem to be going anywhere.

How can I remove this?

I don’t see any problem at all, but I don’t know exactly what it looked like before.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I don’t see a problem, but got a question. Are you jelqing over the glands or are you stopping short of the glands. DO NOT JELQ OVER THE GLANDS. Very important.

I suppose I would be jelqing over the ridge of the glans but not more I stretch straight out and past rather than adhere to the shape of the glans like.

, and that lumpiness is not above the glans it’s below, in the lowest part of the fold of the foreskin when not stretched out.

Well it sounds like your jelqing too far. But jelqing the glands, even just a part of them, your taking some of the skin with you, and in my opinion, that is whats causing the scarring tissue. I stop my jelq at the base of the glands. Not even going a little over them.

I am not convinced it is the jelqing though, it’s a very small part of my routine, I mean basically a five minutes between multiple high low pumps…

But, no one has had this before?

I have had something similar, but mine went away within a week or two. So I’m not sure why yours is sticking around. Mine came after I increased the amount of jelq’s too fast. So that’s why I think its the jelq’s.

Well as I keep saying here on thunders. Listen to your body. It will usually let you know something is not right and then you just have to correct that. People are different, and heal and grow at different rates. So just get to know your body and listen to it. Best way to do this is with edging and it will help with the healing and maintaining gains already made.
