Jelq pressure question

So when I jelq I usually do dry jelqs at 90-100% erection level and have never had a problem so far. Until now, After my session today I felt like jacking off and so I did, But when I came it just kind of oozed out and not as much as usual came out. I’m usually a shooter as in I shoot my load a good 4 feet usually and a ton comes out however it just kind of oozed out this time. It also didn’t feel as “satisfying”, Shortly after this the base of my penis itched really bad and it was an itch in the inside I could not scratch, then when I peed I could barley feel myself peeing. I know that this will go away my question is did I jelq to hard and should I take a while off like say a week? Thanks for the input in advance.

Well, you know the conventional wisdom is not to jelq with a full erection. I would definitely take time off and when you do get back stop doing it fully erect
