Hanging Routine

Attach is my hanging routine for the month of Jan. I have been hanging since Oct 1. I just want some feedback on my routine and maybe what I am doing wrong so I can improve it. Right now i’m focusing on length. I started off at 6.5 and I think I’ve gain some cm or whatever. I dont measure constantly like most guys do to see if I’ve gained a 1/8 or 3/4. When I see my short term goal of 7.5 on the ruler I will know I have achieved my goal. From my logs you will see I have increase my weights dramatically then lower it down. As I said I have been hanging for a while and I can tolerate the heavy weights. As of late, I’m starting to become lazy and lacking motivation. To make a long story short, is there any way I can cahnge up my routine to shock my penis a little.

Why don`t you hang in the morning, Wear your extender for 5-6 hours during the day, And do your excercises in the evening?

I cant wear my extender during the day. Im at work and its gonna look awarkward with metal rods sticking out my pants..lol.

Maybe you should try a week or two with one hour clamping a day? And then switch back to hanging, I recently did that and I got my my first EL gain in months.

You should definitely be getting some gains from that routine. I’m not sure what wrestler means though.

I didn’t see anything in there about hanging upward angles, like over the shoulders(ots). When I first started I hanged straight down all the time and never got a single gain. As soon as I started hanging OTS I got a 1/8 - 1/4” gain. You can really feel the stretch on the inner penis and BC muscle when using this angle.

Right now im doing SD. Im taking a break from BTC for 2 weeks then I will pick it up again.

What about upward angles. You know, over the shoulders. Are you, or have you ever, done any upward angles.

How is that done?

It’s very simple. You attach your hanging like you normally do. Then you will need a longer rope that you can throw over your shoulders. I personally use a rope that is tied in a circle and loop it over my head so that I’m using both shoulders. This way my penis is going straight up instead of to one side.

If you do this correctly you will feel an intense stretch between your testicles and your anus.
