There are hundreds of other injury threads that didn’t go this way.
It may have seemed that way due to the fact that his method of explaining things wasn’t geared at all towards convincing people, but rather at just just being open and detailed about everything he physically experienced and any speculation about why.
Plus, there was that other guy who right from the beginning used any vulnerability, such as him being worried in the initial stage right when the injury first happened, to rally and incite others against him.
Here’s another thread where the OP focused his explanation more on convincing people that he knew would be skeptical, and where there wasn’t this sort of injury forum hitman poised to attack him right out of the box for any potential, exploitable weakness, and things went differently- Injury story
On this thread, I feel people based their judgments on his style of explanation and on being incited against him. I do understand that people will be skeptical, and when combined with other factors can result in them being dismissive instead of taking the initiative to ask questions about things that they felt didn’t make sense. He would have clarified if people had. In the end though, I don’t think he should have been banned permanently for cursing considering the numerous provocations that led up to it.
