Jelqing, please beware
I’m not writing this for me… I’m writing this for people who tend to act before they think like myself. I’m sure you’ve read that jelqing can cause permanent erectile dysfunction all over the web, but no one seems to elaborate on how and why this happens, so we don’t always take it seriously. At least I didn’t… I’m sure it has it’s benefits if you’re in luck and if done properly but this thread isn’t about that. Jelqing can lead to fibrosis in the corpus cavernosum. A healthy corpus cavernosum swells up with blood during an erection and pushes up against the tunica albuginea to create that rock hard erection. When healthy corpus cavernosum tissue is repetitively damaged through jelqing, the healthy tissue turns into fibrosis that can’t fill with blood and swell into a proper erection. Fibrosis is like scar tissue, it’s hard and stubborn and is not going to budge. Erectile function can be boiled down to two mechanisms: blood in and blood out. Blood in refers to the penis filling up with blood through psychological or manual stimulation. Blood out refers to the entrapment of blood in the penis once an erection is achieved, leaving you with a long lasting erection. Now back to jelqing and fibrosis… Since fibrosis doesn’t allow the corpus cavernosum tissue to swell up with blood properly, the veins responsible for keeping the blood engorged in the penis cannot be squeazed enough to shut off the flow of blood, so it leaks the blood immediately out of the penis through these opened veins. In other words whatever blood comes in will be immediately leaked out. This is called venous leakage. There is no way of reversing corpus cavernosum fibrosis. So you are permanently left with a penis that can’t stay hard. It’s like trying to fill up a bucket with water that has a whole in it… Good luck with that… There isn’t much you can do about this. Game Over. If one day the medical community finds a way to reverse fibrosis you might be in luck, but it’s seems that day is far away. Now your left with permanent impotence and a penis implant isn’t an unreasonable option. What a fuckin nightmare… Jelqing please beware.
PS, I now have a venous leak…
