But if you want to do this on your own, which I always wanted and still do, not the best at it though and could still use some good talking to a therapist, GO WITH FASTING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME AND COLD SHOWERS. (not mentioning bodyweight training because, duuuuh, and well, maybe you’re not in the mood for that right now).
