I injured myself fourteen months ago after my first PE session in many a year. Recovery has been long and slow, very slow. But I’m 80-90% recovered and hope it’ll just be a few months to 100%. If I decide to have another stab at PE I will be the most cautious and careful PEer ever. I agree a little, there should be a bit more in the way of safety first warnings in newbie section. Most people, myself included, don’t visit injury subforum till they get injured and then read these horror stories for the first time. Anyways, I wish you both a full recovery. There is hope.

But you can’t possibly say this website in particular doesn’t emphathise safety when all the threads I know of mention caution, even writen with red and before going in to the imp details.

I honestly didn’t think I was applying the right amount of pressure during my stretch I didn’t think I was doing it right from some of the descriptions I read so I tried two hands to maintain what I thought was the correct pressure maybe it’s because I am (was) a huge grower so not very thick or long when flaccid so less structural integrity and this allowed my penis to break easier. I just thought maybe it would hurt a little or be uncomfortable before I got any serious injury but I applied just more than my usual pressure and that was that. Now take what you want from what I’m saying even though I was keeping it extremely basic just stretches and jelqs because I’m not an idiot, ignore my anger and insist that its all my fault fine but perhaps use some of what I’m saying as a warning to others there won’t be a warning and go easy on any stretches they should just be used to warm up not to make gains.
