The sadness of your condition is being clear in your posts about the injury that YOU have created.
The starting hanging weight is 0,5-1Kg MAX and you decided to start with 2,5Kgs which is 2,5 times bigger than the max weight recommendation in Thunders and in every PE forum.
YOU also decided to PUMP with an intensity-vol that was causing you PAIN and you named it ““PRODUCTIVE PAIN” when in all forums the feeling of pain in any method is forbiden.
So its not a fault of any forum instructions but a fault of your own judgement.

Now as for your injury no one can help you ….
If the urologists that you went told you there is no problem then 2 are the possible causes of your “problem”

I should have said this and nothing else.

I did masturbate after a 10 days break. Just to empty my balls. It was gentle and quick.

The pain on some places is weaker but now other thing is more prominent than before. After ejacuation I needed to take a pee. And of course right after masturbation is hard even if you are super healthy.

So I waited a bit and went peeing. I had to be 20 min on the toilet and peed 6 times. Had discomfort and slight pain trough the urethra. After that I lay in bed to relax and the rest of the pee just came all over me. So yeah I peed myself. Went 7th time to take a leak and now when I am writing this I have an urge for 8th time.

Btw this is all in period of 20-30 min.

I did two weeks of cipro so it is not UTI, or I don’t know..

Additional plus one. I have had ‘injuries’ through PE and it’s mostly actually just triggering of my existing pelvic floor problems. Pelvic floor therapy has been an excellent help. Worth trying as I also had a urologist tell me I was fine because they just check for certain conditions and pay no attention to muscular issues

One more question though. My glans is more or less always purple and kind of full of blood. This is def caused with a pump but it’s like that for almost 2 months.

Nothing serious, I don’t mind it but maybe you know if that is normal?

And sometimes there is a white no circulation spot on it. Like the blood don’t come there. Barely visible but would just like to hear your opinion.

I am not a medical professional but worth noting that your pelvic floor and surrounding structure aids in controlling blood flow to the whole region. An issue there could be reflected in what you see. Worth seeking help for it. Even if just too rule it out

Help from who? Tomorrow I have 5th appointment with urologists, he will probably think I am crazy. I have been to home doctor and he got me physiotherapy for lower back lol.

Did blood check, urethra, urin, all good.

Tomorrow I will do everything again just for the peace of mind and to spend some more money.

I would gladly seek help but am stuck here.

Btw I did pelvic floor relaxation stretching and it seems to make my pain worse. I think I overstretched all the lover area including hamstrings and now it is the best to leave it for a month or two not doing absolutely nothing.

Doing PE I was also stretching hamstrings so probably I made things even more inflamed.

I am going back to my homeland because of corona shit and my father is a surgeon so there I will make all possible checks I want in one day.

But hope till then all this will be behind me 😊

You clearly did that wrong too. Over hanging , Over pumping , Over pf stretching.
Just leave your dick alone and go to a Pelvic Floor therapist.

Help from a pelvic pain specialist. This is hard to find as 95% of it is marketed towards women but my therapist says she she’s a fair few men presenting a range of symptoms.

If you’re looking to relax there are no stretches but breathing exercises and relaxation techniques just to make muscles relax rather than stretch

To lift your mood, type into google ” ergo log depression ” and there are countless supplements and foods and method to raise your ongoing mood through the roof. Some example I personally put into practice:
~Vitamin D3 supplementation 5000iu per day
ALONG WITH
~Magnesium supplementation 500-1000mg per day (but only 500mg max per time)
Those must be supplemented together as Vitamin D3 ramps up processes in the body which use up magnesium.
~SAM-e supplementation along with B-complex vitamins (which again go together, the B Vitamins maximise effect)
Currently I am on 400mg Now SAM-e first thing once I’m up and then again pre-bed. Be sure to take the B vitamins with a meal.
(Note: SAM-e also assists collagen healing and increases testosterone)
(Also note: SAM-e AND Magnesium have both been found to be more effective at lifting and clearing mood than the best pharma “anti-depressants”.
~PQQ Supplementation, I am on 20mg per day pre-bed. But also with a day or two off here and there.

I would also get in touch with Sigmoid on here. He’s made some recent thread and said he experimented for a time with anti-fibroid (or something like that) chemicals that can break down scar tissue etc. Just as the scar tissue of someones muscle injury can be broken down and remodelled into perfectly functioning tissue, the same would be the case with the tunica.

Growmeister, I don’t know how you can say your condition it is incurable. A quick Google search and click on Mayo Clinic’s website shows treatment options for peyronie’s disease. Have you seen a doctor for an actual evaluation? If not, then you have no reason to be upset. It states that it is incurable with no intervention, and by the sound of it, you’ve had none. So it makes sense your penis is defunct.

Also, please take care of your mental health. There is a post on here somewhere of a guy who had to have his penis CHOPPED off! Do you still have yours? Well you’re 100 percent better off than that dude, but the difference is, he got help. Please get help.
