My guide to an inch in three months

I’ve been an orthopedic physiotherapist for 20 years, rehab has been my story. Started PE at 40’s, heard of it on my 20’s along with that story that we should accept ourselves as we are, size doesn’t matter, and so no…actually never really did.
Once you get to the 40’s we extra care is needed to our bodies, cardio, gym etc and so we must also care of our most valuable tool, usually left aside.
I found this place I was completely astonished, so much knowledge, amazing people, seems like a dream, all for free, dude this is just an exctasy! Enlightened souls Thanks for keeping this place and helping men all over the globe. That’s what we do, we care, help, elevate ourselves and humanity comes along.

Here’s my knowledge people have been asking how I got my inch in three months.

First of all we have to be fit, tight abs, strong heart and lungs, diet free of fat, salt, and all we know. Than having a good and satisfying job. Have your family set. If you don’t have this matters handled don’t start PE. Having these all set in your life; body, diet, job and optional a family, you can start working on improving your penis health.

PE is about trauma, wounds and scars, all in a micro level. Recovery and rehab, finding a balance between too much and too little. Patience. Years. Not a sprint. Read the penis, hear it and feel it, that’s why I never hurt myself badly, only a few hard flaccids… I’ve read a post from 2003 the guy said just this. “A thin line, but never cross it or you will break your dick, but also don’t get lazy”. That’s whats this is all about, each one has a full package coming along and will respond differently to each routine, method or device. what I say for starters is that we all should study and try to find the most favourite method, device or routine, what we feel, newbie routine can be great for many, I never did because I don’t have all this patience, and having so much stuff available I had to try everything I could, so this starting period for me was like I getting to know PE, trying devices and doing research. That’s how it got me 3 cm length and 1.5 cm girth in 4 months now.

So my routine is very different everyday. First I started pumping, then I discovered the vacuum noose plug, for hanging and also use as an ADS. Manuals are just amazing for me, they are my favourite way to reach fatigue, and still work on my upper limb. In my opinion people rush for results and get injured, and they rush for a fail in one of the three points I cited before. Having a full Body, Job, Family, then the rest. If those are out of tune, chances are high of getting injured or giving up PE due to bad results.

This is a little vague to me though, are you saying manuals specifically were how your length increased or are you insinuating the mixture of PE methods attributed to your length increase?

Additionally, if you believe manuals were so productive for yourself, which manual stretches were you in favor of?

Yes, mixing and mostly feeling the outcome. No patience for newbie routine, each one is different, some will adapt just fine, I feel like doing a research and I haven’t stablished a solid routine so far.

Twists and squeezes seem to be the most dangerous and advanced, erect bends also. I’m not into clamping though, this one still too dangerous.

Heat and massage. Almost more than half of the time for each session, that’s to assure complete healing.

Full lower limbs muscles and abdominals workout and kegels are the base foundation, so firstly to be worked on, to build a strong tower lots of foundation is mandatory.
Learning varieties of kegels are shown to be of great worth and complexity taking a significant time during progression of routine

So after this reasoning my routine consists of reaching fatigue, each day through different tools, methods, sequences, routines etc. Varying, experimenting and having fun. Testing each device, movement and sensation, establishing own achievements and goals. Writing down every most possible data about size, EQ, life habits and compare.

I’ve read about many people injuring themselves for trying to copy a certain miraculous PE technique to grow a mile Inna day, each body system is unique and we have to adapt to prevent high trauma.

Been alternating now one day hanging before fatigue, one day pumping 10 min x 2 sets. Plus manuals in between( jelqs, kegels stretches, A’s and V’s, btc), heat pad all the time, coconut and olive oil for massage, vitamins and meat free.

I’d love to have opinions of veterans about this different approach, this is all me putting down what I’ve read online. What do you guys think of this variations?

Impressive results and a good plan. I agree on all your posts, manuals definitely give the best feeling of gaining.

I love clamping though, it really gets me those girth gains/length gains as well, along with some Uli squeezes and stretching, or just kegelling blood in, sometimes I feel a tremendous expansion without any other use of my hands during a clamping set.

I like the concept of using an extender, but gains seem to come slow for me with it so for now I am combining it with ocasional hard manual stretches, measuring bpfsl for at least a 0,5cm increase every 2 weeks. If not, I will reassure myself that I’ve been lazy.

What are your thoughts on conditioning? How long should a decon break take? More than a month/less?

That’s what I’ve been struggling right now. Did 4 months straight started getting a cold hard flaccid but never had EQ diminished always the opposite. Amazing erection was the “thing” for me to get my interest on PE.

5 days off my flaccid hangs low and full 50% of the day. Still turtling a little but no more cold penis. During last days been giving a good rest. Just a few jelqs massage and heat. Some pulls and squeezes very few. Noticing excellent EQ, having sex everyday 2 times or more just amazing stamina.

From what I could learn about decon breaks depends so much on each person, but extremely important. Maybe a month would be enough if one has excellent body healing. I’ll go for at least a month now, wait full recover. In three months I got to 3,5 kg hanging for 5mins. Felt the so called plateau. Quit completely hanging and ADS. Read some bad shit about.

I kind of exaggerate with 0,5cm in two weeks, it might be possible as a newbie, but I want to rectify and say 0,2cm.
