I’m not sure about speeding up gains, but surely having priorities other then a bigger unit, will avoid injuries, that’s in my opinion. Cheers

Hey 12, how is it? Sorry I can’t post the routine. I started by myself all wrong. I started with the air pump and some manuals. My point here is everyone needs to find out what fits best, I can’t recommend anything, you have to find out what works for you. I read of someone making gains with only the newbie routine for 4 years and was still gaining. And some get injury out of it. Pandora box is open, try them all out, just never hurry for results.

Manual exercises and heat are all you need. Pumping is great but not absolutely necessary.

Alright, fast gains may have different reasons. If you make the exact routine as I did you may break your dick, have zero gains, or maybe even grow longer.
What I did was a mix of pump, hanging and manuals till exausting, sometimes having 3 hour sessions testing different techniques. Also with a heat bag or IR lamp. And 6-10 hour vacuum ADS mid tension. That’s my ultimate routine.

Manuals. Jelqs wet and dry. All directions stretch 1min each. At flaccid state.
Bathmate 20min mid pressure
Air pump 20 min dynamic pumping.
Hanging 1,5kg 3 sets of 10min.
Constant heat.
