My guide to an inch in three months

Once you get to the 40’s we extra care is needed to our bodies, cardio, gym etc and so we must also care of our most valuable tool, usually left aside.
I found this place I was completely astonished, so much knowledge, amazing people, seems like a dream, all for free, dude this is just an exctasy! Enlightened souls Thanks for keeping this place and helping men all over the globe. That’s what we do, we care, help, elevate ourselves and humanity comes along.

Here’s my knowledge people have been asking how I got my inch in three months.

First of all we have to be fit, tight abs, strong heart and lungs, diet free of fat, salt, and all we know. Than having a good and satisfying job. Have your family set. If you don’t have this matters handled don’t start PE. Having these all set in your life; body, diet, job and optional a family, you can start working on improving your penis health.

PE is about trauma, wounds and scars, all in a micro level. Recovery and rehab, finding a balance between too much and too little. Patience. Years. Not a sprint. Read the penis, hear it and feel it, that’s why I never hurt myself badly, only a few hard flaccids.. I’ve read a post from 2003 the guy said just this. “A thin line, but never cross it or you will break your dick, but also don’t get lazy”. That’s whats this is all about, each one has a full package coming along and will respond differently to each routine, method or device. What I say for starters is that we all should study and try to find the most favourite method, device or routine, what we feel, newbie routine can be great for many, I never did because I don’t have all this patience, and having so much stuff available I had to try everything I could, so this starting period for me was like I getting to know PE, trying devices and doing research. That’s how it got me 3 cm length and 1.5 cm girth in 4 months now.

So my routine is very different everyday. First I started pumping, then I discovered the vacuum noose plug, for hanging and also use as an ADS. Manuals are just amazing for me, they are my favourite way to reach fatigue, and still work on my upper limb. In my opinion people rush for results and get injured, and they rush for a fail in one of the three points I cited before. Having a full Body, Job, Family, then the rest. If those are out of tune, chances are high of getting injured or giving up PE due to bad results.

Sorry for the long text,

Best regards to the amazing and patience people who make this place just fantastic

Hello I am new to this site and new to the whole thing, I am uncircumcised 5.5-6.5” hard. Is there like the best guide to follow from start? I’m pretty decent in shape. Please help before I buy the wrong pumps and stuff lol. Or what products you used and where did you buy it?

Man, that’s my point, each one will adapt better to different situations. Newbie routine from this forum should be enough, there are countless different routines. Think as going to the gym, you have many variables to get in shape, like martial arts, aerobics, weight lifting etc. I myself started with pumping though isn’t recommend. Really wouldn’t know what’s best. Patience is rule number one, watch the outcome, that’s also number one concern

What’s preached here by many veterans is that you only need your hands, besides that all optional. I have a preference for manuals, they’re endless, love pumping and hanging.

This makes me angry…I am 30, no job living at home…if I had to wait until I had a job in place I would never have started PE. Why wait? Same as with dating, you can’t wait until your life is sorted, what if it never is. So just shut up with that nonsense you speak.

Current Stats NBPEL 6.5" (maximum erection) BPEL 7" (maximum erection) MSEG 5.2" BSEG 5.3" NBPFSL 7" BPFSL 7.2"

Goal (Let's just call it 8x6, eh?)

Dude, why so angry?

It’s just recommendation, of course we can do whatever we want. There are so much important things in life. That’s what makes us strong, that’s what’s going to lead you on a path free of injuries, when you have your mind set. People get injuries for being in a hurry for results, and most fail cause the mind isn’t set. The mind shapes the body, if something is missing be careful.

You’re out of line and very defensive. If what you’re doing is working for you; disregard all of his advice.

Please by all means disagree; however, it is not acceptable to tell members to “shut up”.

Once upon a time (2015): 6.40” x 4.50”

Today: 7.25” x 5.00”, Thunder Cocks Unite!

I think we can...Little Engine’s Climb

This is really inspiring to read man, keep it going. You’ll acchieve your goals for sure!

Thanks for the support EnjoythePeace, it’s been an over expectations journey in all aspects, as a phisiotherapist my nature is to help and rehab, it’s too bad that talking about the penis still such a taboo, leading men to close minded physicians that will discourage any kind of sexual enhancement or maybe get those men to undergo surgery.

I have always had problems with orthopedists who doubt efficiency of exercises to treat many diseases, they will only trust surgery and medications, that’s the same with PE.

We have it all in our hands, just need consistency and patience. And for my goals I have already trespassed them! Lol

Hi ! Edubrsurf, congrats for that gains , they are insane, but i question that I have is, if that gains are permanent or not ?

Hey Aaron, how is it? I think they aren’t, very likely will shrink back. But at this point I’m no longer concerned about getting any longer, just improve stamina and EQ that’s already amazing. After reading many threads here I’m convinced that try to get the penis bigger has high risk of injuries, maybe that’s a wrong path, I’m really happy with my current size. I’m taking a decon break at the moment and I intend to resume in a lower intensity, just to keep healthy, any gains will be welcome, but not as when I started that I wanted length. Will never completely quit, I think this is a way of life, a way to keep our units in full health and function, gains should be secondary on this journey. In my opinion.

Exactly man. Consistency and patience.

Yes! Injuries happen when people earn for results, that’s why the main focus should be just good penile health, getting blood into it, giving attention, and not being concerned on how big it gets. Like lifting weights, results take time, dedication and manly consistency. Feeling the daily outcome will prevent injuries. I think the therm enlargement shouldn’t be used, instead we should talk about enhancement and conditioning only.
