Need input on healing soft tissue

Need input on healing soft tissue

Hi All,

I’ve posted on my problem before but have more clarity now and would like any input you have to offer.

6 1/2 months ago I damaged my penis doing erect jelqs. It was numb, cold and shriveled. With rest, the numbness went away (nerve healed), the coldness is almost gone (blodd supply better) but the shrivelling/mild pain/slight bend/ is still there. The urologist said to just rest as I have damaged some soft tissues. I believe it to be the tunica albuginea and fascia which are made up of the same tissue as tendons and ligaments.

Now healing a tendon is easy because you just need to rest it and then slowly put a load on it and exercise it. Although it heals slowly, it heals.

How can I heal my soft tissue in my penis? One online urologist said ligamentous and soft-tissue injuries can take upward of 6 months and nothing can speed it up?

Any ideas?

Thanks

You may have a mild case of peyronie’s desease. Can you find a small lump or nodule in the area? Did you tell the Uro how you did it?

How about good diet, protiens, vitamins, water. You are what you eat. Give it something good to heal and grow on.

Promote blood to the area by keeping it warm. Blood brings in the nutrients and oxygen needed for healing.

Hi,

I did tell the uro how it happened. He just said that it was “silly” and that I should stop. I did anyway. He did not find a nodule although it could be a start to Peyronies … but the “feel” of it is that there is “damage” and that HEALING needs to occur.

I am on a great diet with lots of water, Vit C, Vit E, Multi Vit, NoX2, Arginine, Glutamine, Moderate Excercise etc…

Are rest, heat and time the only things that will heal tissue damage? I think I have this also.

My penis has been deformed slighty by erect jelqs and although I can get erections, they feel very week and I can feel that the blood isn’t filling in every inch of my penis like it used to. Now it feels like some blood flow is being blocked.

Doing kegels helpls a little bit, but that fantastic feeling of flexing your erection isn’t there.

To repeat, are rest heat and time the only things that will heal tissue damage?

When it comes to healing, your body goes on auto-pilot, so just continue with the rest and warmth and plenty of good food and water.

I hope this information is known by all but in case it is not:

Peyronie’s Disease is a occurance where the body over develops scar tissue in the shaft of the penis, ususally on the tendon or in the cavernosa. Most people have a left or up curve due to this. some of the other symptoms: Nodules or lumps, hourglass effect, indentation, lack of firm erections, pain or sensitivity, change in urine flow.

Peyronie’s can be cause by damage to the shaft or by a genetic predisposition to scar tissue. The healing process is very important but if enough scar tissue is deposited then the symptoms will probably not go away and could get worse.

Not to hijack the thread, but what is the difference between a thrombosed vein and a Peyroine’s nodule?

I went to the urologist and he said there was no plaque, but I’m not sure felt the top, where I feel a stiff little vein on the dorsal side.

Any ideas, other than go see another urologist?

mg…

There is a big diff between the two. The PD nodule is not attached to a vein. It is attached to the elastic tissue that expands during erection. This causes the curve and other symptoms. A damaged vein will NOT cause these other symptoms.

PM me if you like. A urologist will offer several things to start: Vit E is usually first, but they probably would not advocate anything more drastic unless the condition starts to interfere with intercourse.

Hi Guys,

Yeah I did research what Peyronies is. I don’t think I have it (or maybe a mild case) as the Uro didn’t find any nodules. He said it “may” be a start of Peyronies but so far no nodules.

It seems it is just damged tissue. I understand healing takes a loooong while for this sort of thing.

Do kegels help to increase bloodflow? If so, would that be beneficial?
