New poster- injury
Hey guys,
Long time lurker here, been doing PE on and off for a couple months now.
Anyway, I’ve been doing more or less the newbie routine, with maybe a little more intensity on the stretches and the jelqs toned down a little.
Recently (about a week ago) I “kicked it up a notch” (quite a bit actually), and I stretched alot during one particular routine.
Now ever since that, my erections seem really weak and smaller even. But mainly weak and a little hard to maintain.
Do you think I could have injured myself? Is it permanent? Anything I can do to help it?
From my knowledge of it, ED is from blood vessel damage, right? Could I possibly have done that?
