One of the reasons that no one knows that creates PF over tension
I am reading in the forum lots of probs with guys with over tensed PF so I d like to offer my experience.
I never had a tensed PF in my life . My PF was always balanced .
Since I started PE (2+ years ago) I have over tensed my PF 4-5 times(I balanced it again with Rks and PF stretching) and all of these times happened from the exact same “thing”…
This “thing” was the STRETCHING in the OPPOSITE direction of the LOT.
My LOT is at 6 ocklock (Downwards).
When my program was involving stretching at 12 ocklock ( especialy big intensity stretching or Extendinf foe several hours) , after some sessions my PF was fucked up.
Stretching in any other direction does NOT tense my PF… stretching in the 12 ockclock direction is ALWAYS tensing my PF.
Whenever I am doing a 12 ocklock stretching… an automatic kegel is happening in the beginning of the stretch…
I am fighting this auto kegel by RK BUt still as long as I am holding this stretching direction is acting like a high intensity Kegel in my PF.
In simple words…
When We are stretching in the opposite direction of the LOT , its like doing a continious kegel that lasts as long as the stretching lasts and its so much intense as the intensity of the stretching is.
This is something for people with over tensed PF to thing about.
