Crazy, i’ve never done a single kegel since. I think it’s forbidden to me.
Sometimes i think i have some sort of venous leak that wont let the glans get engorged while erect. Maybe masturbating too much, with a grip too tight, and in a very young age did it. Who knows?
With that said, i noticed some things:
My balls have to be very low and relaxed for the routine to work. I MUST NOT Kegel, or my penis will get stiff, even if i’m not even close to a 100% erect state. I MUST NOT reverse kegel either, or it will get stiff - a different kind of stiffness, one who makes the penis not pliable enough; that makes jelqing feel more like denting the penis than pushing blood through it. Even the slightest misalignment of the body can produce some kind of tension that leads to stiffening of the penis (does anybody ever feel that?).
My glans erection is very poor, and it has always been like this. That’s the reason i kegeled so much - it would fill my glans up, but it would go away the second i release the contraction, deflating itself. This makes it a lot more sensitive, in a wrong way.
During sex, it usually gets a 110% erection, which can lead to glans expansion - temporarily, because the intercourse stimulation tends to fire up my pelvic floor, which produces a strange kind of erection, one where the CS and the glans are less filled up.
I must always let the penis BE, that is, don’t push blood into it by contractions of any sort, not even do the “wiggly dick” for fun, with those short bursts of fast kegels.
I don’t know… It feels like that old routine has somehow F#ck*d up my pelvic floor. Maybe not.
One thing i noticed (and i am not proud at all about it, kinda ashamed) is how big it gets from masturbating in a certain way. Some week’s i would get absolutely obsessed with a kind of fetish, and would masturbate around 8 times (or more) and still be erect. The act of masturbation itself would be similar to a erect jelq, just way more light on the grip. I would hold the penis with the whole hand, and from the very bottom to the very top, i would “push” more than “cause friction”. As a circumcised man, i would try to make the skin cover the glans. Doing that causes a great swelling of the head of the penis, greater than any jelq i’ve ever done, and the feeling is amazing (PE-wise).
Then, sadly, after some weeks, my libido tends to lower (due to masturbation + porn), and since i don’t get many erections during the day, it feels like the penis shrinks. Is it normal? Does anybody also feels it?
Anyways, this didn’t happen once. I fell in love with this kind of masturbation technique. It doesn’t harm the penis at all, doesn’t matter how strongly i grip it, or if i touch the CS (and i do). Gotta be mindful of the pelvic floor too, although i sometimes feel i need to let a “natural kegel” occur. It occurs when the hand reaches the glans. When the skin, that is being pushed kind of slowly and with pressure, gets to cover the glans, a kind of natural contraction happens, and this one doesn’t seem that harmful. My body is really confusing and weird.
I have since incorporated this technique into my warming up/down and edging routine. Jelqs feel better after i do it. Sometimes i wonder… i wonder if it’s not even better than the jelqing itself.
