Hello there, gentlemen.

So, I’ve had this kegels and edging routine for about a year, which consisted in about 40~60 minutes of kegels, edging and some 5~10 seconds Ulis (not much) every day. Noticed improved erection, size, etc. Never had a problem with that.

Since mid November I started the linear newbie routine. 2 on, 1 off (kept the kegel/edge routine, as I considered it very light) It was:
-10+ min rice sock
-20 jelqs
-40~60 minutes of edging + kegels + random short Ulis
-10+ min rice sock
I got to the point of 65 jelqs, 5 seconds each stroke.
Recently I have had some problems. One day erections were harder to obtain, and my penis was smaller and loss its sensitivity. I stopped PE completely for 2 days and came back with the kegel routine only until I was back to normal.

Yesterday, after my day off, I did the 65 jelqs and 60min kegel routine. It felt huge, bigger than ever. Barely could touch my fingers in the OK grip. Woke up today, hanging low and feeling great.
However, I was about to do my routine now and noticed my penis shrunk again. Its hard to get erect, I sense great loss of girth and width and it feels strange.

What am I doing wrong? What should I do?

Overtraining is difficult to diagnose, but it could definitely be just that. Also, the penis is used to being touched and getting an erection, something that doesn´t need to happen when you jelq. Ideally you´d only have 40-60% erection while doing it, and the brain definitely needs to adjust to the penis being handled without getting an erection. Take it easy, and look up the correct way to do a jelq. I’m pretty sure it nothing serious.

What. Are you trying to hit low flying airplanes with your cumshots? Are you training in case you ever get pregnant? Or do you want to make sure you never get urinary incontinence, ever? I don’t consider an hour of kegeling light, I think this, in combination with edging, Uli’s and jelqs is what is causing your overtraining. 60 minutes of kegels, and then 65 5-second jelqs doesn’t seem like a balanced workout routine. With kegels you train one muscle, and training it for 60 minutes non-stop is not beneficial for growth.

It’s taking you a lot of time to do this, so I would say: cut down on the kegels, maybe do them for 5-10 minutes per day, and you can use the 30 minutes you gain for other things.

I started my kegels routine only 2 minutes long. Started to build up as I seen results, especially girth-wise. I fear cutting it down to 10 minutes would make me lose those gains..

And if this odd routine is really the problem, why is it that I never had anything until started the 65 jelqs?

I actually have no experience when it comes to doing large amounts of kegels. I do it for 5 minutes maximum and never while erect. I’ve heard that it can give you girth gains, as you say, and I’ll definitely try it sometime. Do you kegel erect or flaccid?

I think that if you slowly build the kegels down (50 minutes, 40 minutes, 30 minutes, etc) your girth won’t get any less. It would free up a lot of your time.

As to your question: if you do your kegels while erect, the Uli’s erect and then get an erection while jelqing, that would definitely be too much for your poor penis. Classic overtraining.

Overtraining by too many kegels.

Stop kegeling for a week. Continue with jelqs only.

After a week do about 30-40 2-3sec kegels every other day. You don’t need more.

I have noticed that it is a common mistake for newbies to overdo kegels by far.

Too many kegels can cramp you PC muscles and fuck up erection quality and overall size. They are beneficial in moderate.

It’s from excessive kegeling. Trust me.All the other look good.

But as I said before, if kegels is the problem wouldn’t I feel this earlier before? I’m one year in this odd routine and it worked wonders, especially for girth and glans size. When I spend ~2 days without doing it, I already feel some size loss and EQ goes a little bit down. My fear is losing all I’ve gained :(

Another question I have about kegels is:
Targeting different areas could cause fluid buildup?
I feel that targeting closer to the anus (PC/IC I guess) gives me some girth, but mostly fluid buildup, while targeting closer to the penis (BC/PC I guess) gives me more “real” girth (especially in the CS) and harder erections.

It ain’t the Kegel’ making your penis bigger, but the jelqs. Kegel’s are isometric contractions : very intense. Try doing 1 hour of isometric contractions for biceps, and then you’ll tell me.

They did make my penis bigger, especially the CS and glans. I never measured, but I guess I’ve gained about 0,25” in length and I dare to say 0,75” in girth in the course of 12 months. I don’t know how.

Do you think maybe the Ulis were responsible for that?

Uli’s yes. Kegeling while erect don’t add enough force to cause measurable gains. You’d had to have a kegeled penis for many hours straigth to get a measurable enlargement - as i the case in priapism.

I think kegeling erect one hour every day for a year did it :rolling:

Anyway, gonna give my penis another day off today. Tomorrow I’ll get back to jelqing, with way less kegels.. Let’s see how it goes. I hope I get a penis as healthy, hung and big as when following my crazy routine.

Splitting up the routine ~8hours apart, like jelqing in the morning and leaving the rest for the night, would be effective in preventing over-training?

Lose excessive kegeling. I am afraid I will have to insist on that, mate.

Many do 2 sessions a day but not all.
