Overtraining? Shrunk And Slightly Numb.
Hello there, gentlemen.
So, I’ve had this kegels and edging routine for about a year, which consisted in about 40~60 minutes of kegels, edging and some 5~10 seconds Ulis (not much) every day. Noticed improved erection, size, etc. Never had a problem with that.
Since mid November I started the linear newbie routine. 2 on, 1 off (kept the kegel/edge routine, as I considered it very light) It was:
-10+ min rice sock
-20 jelqs
-40~60 minutes of edging + kegels + random short Ulis
-10+ min rice sock
I got to the point of 65 jelqs, 5 seconds each stroke.
Recently I have had some problems. One day erections were harder to obtain, and my penis was smaller and loss its sensitivity. I stopped PE completely for 2 days and came back with the kegel routine only until I was back to normal.
Yesterday, after my day off, I did the 65 jelqs and 60min kegel routine. It felt huge, bigger than ever. Barely could touch my fingers in the OK grip. Woke up today, hanging low and feeling great.
However, I was about to do my routine now and noticed my penis shrunk again. Its hard to get erect, I sense great loss of girth and width and it feels strange.
What am I doing wrong? What should I do?
