Glad things are starting to get back to normal! If you want to free up even more time, you can do non erect kegels throughout the day randomly, while driving at work or whenever you have time like that. Just don’t get carried away with those kegels again! ;)

Everything was great. Better than ever before. My routines were much shorter and much more effective. Never seen my flaccid so big and fat!
I was focusing on the 60~80 very slow jelqs (anything from 5 to 8 minutes). After that I usually edge for around 20 minutes, doing some few kegels and once or twice kegeling hard and squeezing the base for 15 seconds. Everything was fine..

But then Friday I had sex on my “on day”. 6+ hours after ejaculation, was still slightly “sore”, but able to maintain an erection easily. I did my routine, but this time I focused more on kegels, kegeling very hard and trying to do 20x of 5 or 10 seconds hold in one go instead of randomly in the 20min interval. Everything went as expected and I went to bed.

Woke up with no morning wood, with a smaller flaccid (especially girth-wise), libido went down a bit and shitty, smaller erections. Took some time off again.

Am I doing something wrong? I’m having some stress these days, could that be it?
Maybe kegeling too hard or targeting the “wrong area”? Maybe doing my routine after ejaculating? Jelqing too tightly (always keeping it in the pleasure zone)?

You over did it. Depending on how you make sex (time durations, positions, tightness of the partner), only sex by itself is enough to sore your penis up … now add to that more your routine. Rest for a few days till everything gets back to normal.

Before all that, you used to hold kegels for that long?
Never liked the idea of holding a muscle contracted. When comes down to kegels, I believe more repetitions with short holds are the best (may varies from person to person).

I changed it because I couldn’t keep track of how much kegels I was doing.. It was too “random”. That’s why I was willing to stick to a proper routine of ‘x’ 5 seconds kegels. That’s one tricky exercise and I was stupid enough to over-train again, haha..

I usually kegel during sex, and I think that doing kegels once again during my night routine was too much, even tho I don’t kegel even half of what I used to in a daily basis.
Yes, I used to hold kegels up to 60~90 seconds with no problem. Now I just do many 5 second holds, some 10~15 second holds and very few 30 second holds, with a bunch of reverse kegels in between.

I guess you are right.. I fell like a short strong 1~2 second kegel is more effective, expands the glans and the CS more. I think holding the kegel longer may exercise and stress the muscle more, therefore easier to over-train I think. During long kegels my glans and CS ‘s erection sometimes subsides, is that normal?

Anyways, will try shorter kegels today, let’s see how it goes.

Just finished the routine.
It’s a lot smaller, and very thin. Not that easy to maintain an erection. Doesn’t look healthy..

I warmed up for ~25mins, then began very light slow jelqs, toughening the grip after some reps. Trouble maintaining erection, ended up totally flaccid. Looked a little longer, but not fatter.
After that I just started edging for 20mins, did some few quick but strong kegels. My erection was very hard, had many more little veins but was still thin and strange looking. I touched my perineum and noticed the muscles were tough to the touch, even without kegels. Is it how it’s supposed to be?

Anyways, warming down as I write this.. Turtled up, looking reddish (probably the heat) and thin :(

IF my pelvic floor muscles still need some rest, could I just stop kegeling and maintain the jelqs?

That depends on where the penis feels either painful or simply tired. The sides or base -> muscles and ligaments, so tone down the kegels a while, only kegel when flaccid. When the shaft hurts/feels tired —> the jelqs.

Either way, a rest day would be a good idea.

Not sure about how your body handle things, but 1 day rest is not enough. When comes down to resting, you must quit everything PE related. Some believe that quitting masturbation might speed up the recovery (may be not possible for those that have partners).

I ain’t so sure about your warm up, 25 minutes is too much. In my eyes, 10 to 12 minutes of warm up is spot on.

20 minutes of edging is a bit over the line too. I’m doing 10 minutes (in the end of the session) and already thinks that’s too much. I like to think that any exercise done erect is advanced, so to me, edging is advanced and must be careful with it.

Thanks for the information Cereal Guy! It actually doesn’t even hurt, just feels and looks strange.. Pretty sure it’s the kegels fault. Will see how it feels through the day, probably take the day off as you said :)

I don’t think I take too much time to recover. 1 day off did the job perfectly when things were working out. The problem is I over do kegels without noticing.. I already do no masturbation :)
I only did 20 minutes yesterday, with some massage and meditation, due to the situation.
