Pain in left side of Penis

Right at the base, I was doing my routine after getting out of the hot tub and everything was going alright. Then I started doing my’V’ stretches, that’s when I felt a sharp pain when i pulled it all the way out. Then I tried again and felt another pain. Then I tried again and there was no pain. I’m scared to do any more though, I’ll stop tonight. Don’t guess I’ll do my Jelq routine… :( Please respond if you’ve had anything like this happen.

I have felt something similar. I think I was just stretching to hard and caused a little to much deformation to the ligs. I went to stretch again the next day and it was still sore. So I took a week off of all stretches and only did light jelqs during that time.

When I started back the next week I did 2 days of light stretching and on the third I cautiously went for it. There was no pain and didn’t bother me any more. (Of course I still get minor soreness after a good work out).

Moral of story: Perhaps you should take a little time off of stretching. We all know this is a long term process, no use doing damage and having to take an extended time off.
