Pain in the penis

Hey everyone guys, just wanted to ask you an opinion on what could be the problem i’m experiencing right now, hopefully some of you can help me.

I’m a PE guy from almost 4 years, always did only wet and dry jelq and got great results with them, my injury is not related to jelqing tho, I’ll try to be brief.

2 days ago i was just peeing in the toilet but I was listening to a YouTube video with my headphones on and iPhone on the right hand, at some point my phone almost fell inside the wc while I was peeing and probably because got scared I stopped peeing immediately by using my PC muscle too hard I believe.

Well from that time I feel pain inside my penis where that muscle is, not at the base tho, only in the shaft. I can still get erections and some weak morning wood but the pain/trauma i believe is stopping me to get fully erected and engorged, for sure some fear in the mix as well. I had a really similar pain in the same spot for about a week last year after overdoing jelqing, I think it’s the same injury again.

I know it’s kinda funny injury but I’m a bit unsure if this could be something serious or not. I just think I used too much force on my PC muscle all at once and now is tired. The pain is little, just a bit annoying during the day.

I think there is only one thing to do and that is just give it a little more time to heal up and go away. You might try some aspirin or ibuprofen to help if the pain is constantly bugging you.

Thanks a lot for the answer Gprent, so basically nothing too serious you think? Ever experienced something similar?

I’m new to PE but as far as I know, I would just rest it for some time 1-2 weeks, these problems happens without a known reason (at least for us).

If you don’t get any better in 10 days, I think you should see a doctor.

I solved this small injury some time ago, was just pulling my PC muscle too hard, it went away I’m a couple of days, sadly in overtrained now due to too much jelqing lol.

have you been applying heat to the area so you have to obtain a better result then rub some anti inflammatory gel or cream see what happens after few days if there is no relief hou have to see your GP or urologist.
