Yes but that’s not my point. Regardless of not having depression or not taking medications doesn’t effect your brains role in having a great effect on your body based on what you tell it. Maybe that wasn’t a good way to word it.

Many people don’t realize the power of thought. What I’m saying is that regardless if you have ED or not your only making it worse by researching it, thinking about it ect.. You basically have yourself convinced that there is something wrong with your penis. Maybe there is and maybe there isn’t but, Is that not causing some depression? Personally the thought alone that there could be something wrong with my penis would certainly cause me depression and then in tern a half assed erection if any at all.

Making any sense?

Have you considered starting PE again? It’s helped other guys with ED. Maybe try a minimal routine of only light jelqing and kegels to see if that helps. I know it sounds contradictory since PE may be the culprit but I suggest this routine since it omits stretching and intense jelqing, which were probably the problem.

Just to make sure: you haven’t had a single normal erection in the past 7 weeks? Not even morning wood?

I think your problem might be psychological. With what you did it’s practically impossible to get ED. You would have to have previous and serious cardiovascular problems with your penis.

A very important sign that helps distinguish between physiological and psychological impotence is erection frequency. If you have had NO erections in the last weeks, then it’s physiological. If you have had ANY number of erections (spontaneous, erotically induced, etc), then it’s certainly psychological.

In any case, you should see a urologist.

Off course I do. You shall never underestimate the power of the mind. I am very relaxed right now. I’m more or less reading this stuff as an objective person, to try to understand instead of freaking out and say: why me or whatever. Been there, done that.

OK, before my PE week I was having a turtled dick with normal erections. During this week, I noticed even better erections and more of them too, I only quit because of too many newbie spots. A day after I quit it suddenly turtled even more and got hard and very difficult to get erect. After a wile it suddenly started to hang more loose, and it has never done that in my whole life. It’s still the same, slightly bigger flaccid and ED.

I have no answers only questions. That’s why I’m here to see if somebody would have similar experience

Here’s what to do.

Step 1: Relax.

Step 2: Follow your doctor’s advice.

If you have a dull ache, take Advil. Your body can tolerate a maximum of 800 mg every six hours (that’s four 200mg tablets), any more than that within a six hour period and you risk serious kidney problems. If I were you I’d just take two every six hours to make the ache go away.

Put warm compresses on the area before you go to bed at night for about 20 minutes. You can also apply Arnica gel or cream to the affected region. Do this every night until your morning wood returns. When it returns you should resume a light jelqing routine. Did I mention it should be light?

Give your dick a rest and just tell yourself you are going to get over this, because you will. You can still do the Kegels - that will only help.

The penis is a very durable organ. While it is possible to do yourself permanent damage, what you have described is very unlikely to have caused that. Even if you used extreme force with your manual stretching you still have a very good chance to bounce back. There are people who have had far more severe symptoms than you report who have done just that.

Were you ever somewhat erect while doing the rotary stretching? That could be problematic.

I think you may have a legimate injury of some kind, but I think (as do most of the rest of us) the majority of this is coming from psyching yourself out.

MrNilsen, your problem is by no means caused by PE. If it were, it would have to be physiological and you would be experiencing no erections whatsoever.

Don’t worry, it’s probably psychological, maybe insecurity related.

You should probably read about ED on in the internet (wikipedia has a good coverage). You should also consider the title of your posts the next time, because that statement is not only false, but also very alarming.

Fair enough, but being somewhat easy when it comes to thinking, I would suspect it when it happened after my PE week. But claiming it is false a little rough. No-one knows for sure, only time will tell

I see now that is some difference to the program listed here and what I did. I didn’t do the “behind the cheek” stretch, I did stretches in all kind of directions up, down, down to left etc. I also did some rotary stretches, yes. When I don’t study I work at a steel factory, so maybe I have somewhat above average when it comes to grip strength, but I tried to make an even tension most of the time, and some time it did hurt a little for 5 seconds, then I would just let go and start over again.

I was somewhat erect during the rotaries yes. If I am starting with PE, will only do jelqs to get erections back, and forget about enlarging. I’m happy with my size

So I don’t know about you, but ED for seven weeks would probably make me swallow my pride and be at the urologist’s. Research some of the methods they’d use to examine you - ie: duplex ultrasound

Considering the intensity of your workout, I think you did do physical harm. Complete recovery and resumption of a minimal routine would really help.

Also, in your initial post you say you don’t eat healthy and don’t exercise: change that. A healthier body recovers faster. And I don’t mean just take some supplements. Fix your diet and start running or swimming. Get into the mindset that all of this going to help your erections and that should be plenty of motivation.

I have been to the urologist. He gave me some viagra and told me to come back again, if they didn’t work good enough. So, I’m going back.
I have my pride, and have no trouble showing my dick and telling my doc about PE. I go straight to the the point.

I work at a steel factory. Manual labour, I could have worked out if I would, but the work is enough for now. I have trained alot before: Running, barbell clean and press, deadlifts etc. I still look good. I eat steak, with vegetables, whole milkm some fruit and whole grain bread with butter and cheese. Not the most PC diet, but still not the worst. Real farm food, without the sugar and other refined shit.

Oh wait, you’ve already been - my bad. But stop trying to diagnose yourself, it’s a hazardous past time - believe me, I’m a med student. Now, don’t forget that if you’ve got poor nutrition and were paying extra attention to your gear you may well have simply worn yourself out. Zinc is lost with every ejaculation, retrograde or not, so you may want to supplement with ZinMagB6 - it’s a blend of zinc, magnesium, and b6 - it will raise your testosterone b/c if these are low then test production is subpar - this could contribute to the lack of morning wood etc. This blend is also found in the Designer Whey brand of whey protein if you can’t find it standalone.

Also, even if you think you are observing this as an impartial outsider, don’t underestimate the power of the mind. I am a very chill person, and never really feel stressed per se, but when exams come around or I’m waiting for a critical grade - I don’t sleep and sex drive plummets; though I’m fine otherwise.

Nuff said, tell us if you get the duplex ultrasound, it will help to id any vascular issues, which is the most likely means of damaging yourself doing pe like you did - other than nerve that is
