I will check out the arnica gel/ cream. Not sure what it’s called here in Norway, but I will find out tomorrow.

I think PE is not for me when I get my erection strength back, but I will maybe try the balloning method that somebody PM’ed me about, to acheive better erections. Other than that, I just have to focus from now on.

I didn’t read all the posts in this thread but I have to ask you a question. Why are you doing DLD’s newbie routine and you’re coming here to thunders to discuss your issue? Shouldn’t you be consulting DLD instead? Do you see all those stretches that are in that newbie routine? You should’ve atleast went easier on them.

Look, what is done is done. It’s called a newbie routine. I have post on DLD’s webiste also. Noone has replied.
My intension with these posts was that maybe some guy out there, can say: hey, I got the same shit and his experiences etc. if it’s permanent, how do you deal with etc. Get my drift?

I don’t mean to make you mad or anything because I can’t PE due to a injury I got from a jelq device for months. I feel your pain. I am the type to like one night stands because of my flaccid but average erect size but I have to stop masturbating for my injury to heal so don’t think you got it too bad because right now I haven’t seen an injury that lasted as long as mine has. I bet if I hadn’t have jacked off a couple times I’d be healed by now. But I have such a high sex drive. The best advise I can give is to next time, go a lot lighter on stretches and SLOWLY work up to where you need to be. Its not fun at all waiting for injuries to heal so you can get back to PEing. DLD is a tiresome little punk; in my mind he has done a lot to help create problems of this sort. He’s narcissist and an exploiter. Going to him for help when you’re in trouble is unlikely to yield positive results, unless there’s something in it for him - and even then you’re taking your chances.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with your seeking help here, regardless of how you arrived at your current problem.

I think people here, for the most part, genuinely want to see everyone succeed in overcoming their difficulties and achieve good penile health.

I’d like MrNilsen to get better.

Yohimbe will make your blood pressure go up, possibly to high, hypertension is a cause of ED. You seem to be on the jittery side to begin with.

Take Ginkgo by mouth 120-240mg per day.

I didn’t know so much about him when I joined his PE program, but after reading some posts that he has lost everything in life, money and his girlfriend, he does seem a little out there IMO. There was even some guy posting that he cried when he heard that DLD wasn’t doing so good. WTF? Sick world.

Having an obsession when it comes to your body is really not good. Learned my lesson there. Everyting can be improved in life. It just takes time, and it’s important to stayed focused on other areas in life too, relax even laugh about your self sometimes. Nobody is perfect, and I do mean it when I say, that size doesn’t matter shit to me right now. I will try some penile health after a while, but no more enlarging, I don’t have the balls - pun intended hehe

I have just read the entire thread with all the ups and downs of it all. You started out quite agitated, and because of that contradicted yourself quite a bit. These contradictions are now in the past and there is no reason to bring them up again. But, this did cause members to wonder about the validity of your claims. However, I believe that you have finally come to realize that all of us here want the best for you and want to help in anyway we can, and will do so if you will let us.

As a “Newbie”, you were following a MOS Newbie Routine, and not one of the Thunder’s Place approved Newbie Routines. Your “MOS Newbie Routine was entirely too intense for a Newbie and I personally think you caused harm to your penis by following it. And, since you are a steel worker and in good shape and with hands that are probably stronger than most, you just may, without realizing or knowing it, have been too intense in your stretching and jelqing. Especially since you did so “many” jelqs as a Newbie. However, this said, I don’t that your ED problem is entirely due to a possible PE injury, but only part of it.

I really believe that, whether you were or were not aware of it, you were experiencing an underlying insecurity problem (in other words, your small flaccid). This, along with your past “family problems” of which you mentioned earlier, were and still are probably the cause of your ED. Memories of problems just don’t go away over night, they linger in the subconscious! I don’t think that PEing, if done correctly, would or could have caused your ED.

I do hope that you will take a good break. Stop thinking and reading about what can be or could be and think about other things. Stop taking Viagra and using creams that can arouse, and forget about masturbating. And, if possible, try to not think of sex, which will probably be the hardest of all to do.

Then, after the break, begin a “TP approved Newbie Routine.” You don’t have to do it to gain length or girth, but do it just for the health of your penis and erection ability Take it easy, do your jelqs and stretches slowly. Don’t be in a rush to do a certain number in a certain amount of time. Go slow! And, as one of the members told me in the the beginning when I was sore and had a really big blister…”you don’t have to kill it or beat it to death to get results.” MrNilsen, you only have one dick in this life. Be kind to him and he will be kind to you.

Yes, he did contradict himself a number of times, but I think he was so agitated that he got a bit confused. At least I hope so.

And yes his routine (the MOS one) was excessive and possibly one of the reasons for his troubles.

Let’s hope that things will change for the better for him.

The program was a copy and paste thing, done in a rush. I never did 600 jelqs, and don’t think I would have since the 300 were enough. I jelqed and stretched for 7 days, never got to 14, which means I didn’t do 600 jelqs

Your annoying me. Write up your story in one post correctly. I’m sorry for your problems, but you really are getting on peoples nerves. That says a lot seeing that this is the most supportive community on the Internet.
