PE Injury
Hey guys so when I first started PE I was doing hand manual training, I got results but I ended up getting a big head and smaller shaft. Then I started doing the pumping and hanging. I hang 20 min then I pump 20 min. At first I used low weights hanging but gradually increased week by week by half a pound (currently at 7 pounds). And I pump at exactly 5 Hg. I was getting results but I started getting ahead My self and now I do same routine 6 days on 1 off, and I added pumping at 10 -15 hg for 30 seconds then releasing all pressure for 30 and I cycle that 5 times. At first I was getting good results, Now my glands started to get discolored starting half way up the shaft to the head and now Unpumped I feel my gains are decreasing. What should I do?
