Hey guys so when I first started PE I was doing hand manual training, I got results but I ended up getting a big head and smaller shaft. Then I started doing the pumping and hanging. I hang 20 min then I pump 20 min. At first I used low weights hanging but gradually increased week by week by half a pound (currently at 7 pounds). And I pump at exactly 5 Hg. I was getting results but I started getting ahead My self and now I do same routine 6 days on 1 off, and I added pumping at 10 -15 hg for 30 seconds then releasing all pressure for 30 and I cycle that 5 times. At first I was getting good results, Now my glands started to get discolored starting half way up the shaft to the head and now Unpumped I feel my gains are decreasing. What should I do?

Allow yourself time to rest and heal.

Ok should I change any of the routine?

Wait until you’re completely healed and realize that too much force caused the injury and adjust accordingly.

PE is the gradual process of making the abnormal normal

Bruising is not good. Id wait for it to clear up then allow myself another 2wks of rest and recovery to ease back into my routine.

I’m brown skin and the discoloration is a way darker brown skin, my skin tone is milk chocolate the discoloration is dark chocolate

Ok do you think the force was from the pumping HG, or the hanging weight?

It could be both. Force, weight just doesn’t go well with PE. Those things must be done in moderation. Many guys try to rush their gains and it ends up bad. Heal and then rethink what you do and how long you do it for.

OK. Generally, if the discoloration is purple or eggplant-shaded or black, you want to stop immediately because that signals a big problem. But I’m not sure how that would look against your skin color, so it’s hard to say.

I don’t know if this helps but it isn’t painful to the touch but it is number than usual in the areas where the discoloration is

You are fine, rest and go easier on your D after good 1-2 weeks.

You have whole life to achieve whatever size, better do it a bit longer than be impotent.

I am very sceptical about hanging, not that it would not give me gains but I just feel that it is dangerous.

My length super exercise are light(piss) pulls.

It adds time under tension and also effectively gives no more than few hours to your D to turtle before you do another PE session.

I used to do them even on rest days, there was no week without me gaining at least 1 or 2 mm sometimes even 3 and given the fact that I never truly rested I never lost whatever I gained length wise.

Now I no longer do them since I surpassed 8 inch BPEL

I would love to add pumping because it is easier to do than clamping but not much privacy in my home and I would rather not explain what is it for to my parents 🤣

Also, you’re really not supposed to exceed 5 Hg. Even if for 30 seconds at 10-15 Hg seems highly excessive.

Time will heal you so try not to get all up in your head.
