Btw I’m sorry for bring annoying, my stress faded a little because I diagnosed myself having a turtle effect the whole day (smaller flaccid whole day), I’ve exercised 18 hours ago.
So it will cure for sure, right?

I was scared that it’s ED but reading here it 100% isn’t.(by the way is the penis turtled when ED is occurred)

If you have ED (I do) your dick doesn’t always get fully erect or doesn’t maintain the erection. With a severe case you just do not get an erection. There are various treatment options to help you manage ED.

If I over work my dick with PE, it will still turtle on me.

So turtling can occur with or without ED and the solution in both cases is to back off PE and give your dick a little downtime to recover.

How much should I wait to make him leave the turtle state, I miss the old guy :( .
Is there any way to relieve stress

I would suggest just giving it a rest for a few days until you start seeing positive PI’s again, like strong nocturnal or morning wood. Stop PE activity, stop masturbation.

I normally say to never give up sex but if you are concerned about the risk of no erection it might be worthwhile to hold off there, too. That’s a decision only you have the information to act on.

Will it fix?

Time will tell. If you are in pain or still concerned, go see a doctor.

If the pelvic muscles are tense you can try soaking in a hot bath to relax them. I do not know if it will significantly help but will not hurt.

Months off after negative PI

Hey all,

I was really enjoying the effects of about four weeks of jelqing back in the fall. Definitely over-trained it and it became exhausted, exhibiting no night/morning wood, which is typically a constant thing for me. My routines were not extreme, but I probably jumped into twice the recommended newbie routine from the get-go. For the first few weeks of break, I dramatically reduced masturbation/sex to speed recovery. Throughout them my morning woods improved but seemed spotty. It’s been about six months with no PE and early into that time my woods returned to normal consistency, but I do find that even if I masturbate too much (twice a day), my morning woods weaken/disappear. In April I started back with PE (after 5 months off), and did about half a newbie session. Next morning my wood was decreased so I discouraged from continuing.

So I’m not sure if maybe jelqing just isn’t right for my body? It definitely responded well in the beginning, immediately. Or maybe I need to go up to a full year off and be sure to start easy?

Or maybe I’m putting too much stock in morning/night woods. Some nights I legitimately sleep so deeply that I’m not entirely sure I’ve had woods or not, but typically I’m aware of my bone flopping around.

I’m a bit unsure because I really didn’t think I had done anything too extreme to warrant 12 months off. But at the same time, I take it very seriously when I wake up without having experienced any or weaker wood.

Thoughts from the experienced?
