Penis Stretching And Pelvic Floor Contracture

Penis Stretching And Pelvic Floor Contracture

Hi all! I researched on here and other sites but I wasn’t able to find anything related to it.

I started PE in 2016 and fully committed to it. I had great results, from about 18cm to 22cm BPEL and I experimented different techniques (manual exercises, pumping, ADS,….) never pushing too much. I always thought that for PE “less is better”.

However last year suddenly I experienced serious problems to urinate. I went to the doctor and after different exams he said that muscles were uncoordinated while urinating. There was a contracture on the pelvic floor. He sent me to a physiotherapist specialized to pelvic floor physiotherapy and after almost 1 year he fixed it.

I found a strict correlation to penis stretching, mainly with the use of stretching devices: even today, if I stretch, afterwards I feel that strange sensation of urination difficulty.

Whereas if I perform pelvic floor exercises while stretching (reverse and normal kegels) everything is fine.

Did anyone experience the same issue? How did you fix it?

All I can do is relate my experience which is that I’ve never experienced this. I stretch manually and with much force, too. Plus, I’m older (fifties), so you would think I would experience something like this. Which devices do you use?

Thank you for sharing your experience!

When first this issue happened I was using All Day Stretcher (5-6 hours per day - 4 days a week - 600gr-1200gr strength).

Yes I developed this PF problem too from PE after being 1 year in it. Never had it before PE.
You have to avoid 2 things.

1. ANY type of stretching UPWARDS is taxing your PF because the inner dick is attached to the PF and when you pull upwards it stretches your PF too in a bad way.( this is how I developed my PF injury in the 1st place… from upward intense manual stretching).

2. By sitting a lot of hours in a hard seat chair because you are using an extender.
The hard seat is pressing on your PF for hours and this creates PF tension and even PF nerves injury and also while we extend on a char for so many hours we are having our body posture completely wrong because we having our tail bone bent like sorry dogs.
This kind of body posture for hours is making the PF shorter.
If you are extending on a chair you really have to put 2 soft long paddings so that your hamstrings are in touch with them in order for your PF to be in the air and not being pressed against the chair.

Your doc was very well educated and thats why he sent you to a PF therapist.
Most of stupid docs doesn t even know the existense of an overtensed PF and they baptize it as prostatitis or mental issues.

I d like to add that in the other big forum we have unlimited cases of overtensed PF guys that developed this from PE.
Messing with your dick (By pulling and jelqing and pumping)is also messing with your PF.
So proper technique and lighter intensities are needed and also rest days included in the PE program in order to avoud this type of PE injury which is mostly on the PF.

Also keep in mind that everytime you are erected for lots of hours like in edging you are also taxing your PF.
This is why in the other forum we are preaching that when someones is starting getting involved into PE … he needs to start an RK program along with it and not a Kegel program that is adding even motre tension on the PF.

Also keep in mind that mental grief and anxiety are contributing into PF tension.

Since 2020 september I’m stretching, it’s not a long period, but in most of this time i didn’t had any days off, just now i’m discovering that making some intervals is better to avoid plateaus, but hey i still don’t have any bad effects like PF contracture.

Hey PEart, you think that i have a considerable chance to get an injury like this in a Stretch routine 3 days on with 1 off ? i never stretch upwards, but most of the time I’m sited(in a not hard chair) or lying in bed, about 4-6 hours per day in one session

Really many thanks for your feedbacks!
Now I am really much more better, I will try to put in practice your advices as well.
You mentioned pumping. A side note: it was when I started pumping that these problems popped out. Even if I am pretty sure it is more related to stretching.

@ Smile
When you sit on the char put 2 soft paddings on your hamsprings so that your PF is not being sqeezed on the char for so many hours while you extend.

@stegioma

Yes Pumping if you have the pump in a degree higher than 90 then you are involving your PF and it s being taxed.
Especially if you do kegels while in the pump is a desaster for the PF.
Pumping is also stretching of the dick and its even more taxing on the PF than flaccid stretching… because while you are in an erection inside the pump , your PF is getting elevated ( like when you are in a real erection) so its more vulnerable

Eleminate any kind of stretching( even jelqs are sttretching motion) that is higer than 90 degrees and avoid kegels at all cost.
