Pinching pain during morning boners

Pinching pain during morning boners

Three days ago, I began PE again after a long break and these last couple of nights I’ve experienced a pinching pain during my morning wood mainly in the shaft. It feels as if there is too much pressure but I am fairly certain the size was unordinary (although I didn’t check). Could this be due to damage or could it be beneficial? I didn’t feel sore from the preceding PE session (couple of minutes of hot-wrapping, couple of minutes stretching per direction, 100 jelqs and hot-wrapping).

I had a similar but more intense pain last Saturday after I wanked for 3-4 hours despite not grabbing my member hard at all. Could this be the culprit and do you think it could be harmful/beneficial? I’ve read that masturbation and PE should be kept separately as the former may be exhaustive for the penis and prevent gains but since this pain/pressure is akin to PE, would it not have similar effects?

What is your PE exercise routine?

Occasional twinges aren’t unusual, but more than that indicates you need to reduce time or intensity for a while. When you’re not getting the twinges any more you can increase intensity slowly.

Sharp pains aren’t normal, but it would be hard to tell the cause. Sometimes bits don’t like to be stretched and complain about it. Quite often there are internal adhesions or other “sports” or play injuries which don’t show up under normal circumstances. Generally, those can be worked out by reducing intensity and continuing PE.

Past “occasional pains” would be your own judgement call. If you see a doctor, you would have to persuade them to run an ultrasound or MRI test, which would require specific symptoms to justify.

Right now, it’s just a 4-6 minutes of hot-wrapping, couple of minutes stretching in each direction, 100 jelqs and hot-wrapping for the same duration. I’m not so sure about the stretching because grabbing below my glans makes me a fill up a bit and then I have to wait until it subsides, you know the deal. The jelqs I do in maybe 30%-50% range.
The pain certainly isn’t something that persists, and strange enough I didn’t feel any pain during the PE or afterwards (disregarding the nightly erections and after having these long wanking sessions).

I guess I will stand-by and see how it develops.

It was occasional. I don’t have it anymore.

As was mentioned intermittent sensations like you are describing are not uncommon. I would suggest taking at a minimum a few days off after experiencing this and if it returns shortly after then taking 1-2 weeks off. There are a few reasons this can occur but either way you do not want to push through it.
