Keep Getting Boners During Exercises

I am new to this forum. Still trying to figure out all the acronyms. A little embarrassed that I am here. Although my dick is “average”, I don’t really feel that way which is why I decided to join this forum. I did a little bit of PE exercises when I was in my late teens (now I am 22) and saw a little bit of growth. At 5 foot 6 inches tall, my penis went from 5 1/4 inches in length to about 5 7/8 inches. My girth is pretty thin at about 4 1/4 inches, and I didn’t see any real improvements. A nice impact after doing PE exercises was my flaccid hanging a bit longer. I sometimes get different measurements so I am not sure what the right way to report length or girth. I have measured between 5 1/2 to once even being over 6 inches (once). I definitely would like to enter into the 6 inch range in length more consistently, add some more girth, and present a longer flaccid. I don’t need a monster cock, but something above average would be nice.

The challenge is I keep running into the same problem with doing routines. The problem is, I can barely get through the 10 minute warm up without getting a boner. I can only do about a minute of generic penis stretches or “okay” gripping before becoming erect. I won’t ever do anything to hurt myself, rush the process, or go overboard, but I can barely do the routines because my dick is like “hello!” It makes doing PE exercises difficult because I either have to wait for the boner to go away or give up. I wondered if I do not get the true results of doing PE exercises because I only do them for a brief amount of time. I mean, I am glad I am an easy turn-on and have no problems getting it up, but are there any tips (pun intended) to performing these exercises without the obstacle of getting erect after a couple of tugs? Do I just keep doing what I have been doing with smaller portions of exercises?

Also, one a side note. If you do PE exercises and experience growth, do you have to continue to do those PE exercises to maintain that growth? For example, if you increase from 6 inches to 7 inches and stop doing exercises, would you penis stay at 7 inches or slowly shrink back to 6 inches? I know, perhaps a noob question, but I figured I would ask.

The erection problem will get better. You just need to retrain your body. It has to know that now is work time, not play time. Any work is better than no work.

On the other topic, once you have cemented your gains, you won’t lose it as long as you use your penis in some way (either sex or masturbation). Hope that clears up a few things.

Great topic for the 5 inchers, much like myself,I’m the same way. You have to understand the anatomy of a penis in relation to size. Imagine a sphere with 20 uniformly dots positioned on it, those dots represent the penises nerve endings. Now given a specified size, like your finger tip, which only covers x amount of surface area,let’s say 1/2 an inch. Your finger would only touch so much surface area of the penis in conjunction to the size of the penis. Basically The bigger the dick, the less surface area to touch, the smaller, the more nerve endings get stimulated. Thus proving smaller penises ejaculate much faster than larger penises.

Absolutely New Chapter, different people have different anatomy and different sensations.

Lol new chapter I hope your right and getting bigger makes me last longer but I somehow think nerve endings are just a tiny part of it. Some days I can go 20+ minutes and others I bust in 5 so I think its 90% mental.

I had solved the boner problem getting rid of masturbation and doing gently jelqing only.

In my opinion this works because PE is a new stimulus to your penis and it has to figure out it’s not an ejaculation related excercise.

Start: 9/17

You can solve the erection “problem” a few different ways. The easiest is to perform a ULI, then with the other hand. Use a reverse “ok” grip just behind the glans. Hold them with a firm grip for about 30 seconds. Kegel blood in for that period so you can increase engorgement around the mid-shaft at the same time. Release the bottom hand at bottom of shaft first, you’ll immediately feel the head immediately drop in engorgement. If you need to do it once more, then go ahead with 30 second holds again. This will cause the blood to rush, then you can continue to jelq. Also, work on your Kegel for muscle control. But, learn to reverse Kegel also. A reverse Kegel can help to stop the sensation that you experience that causes erection. Reverse Kegel is also great for training the muscle and making you last longer in bed.

Next would be edging. This is quick way to train the Penis that it isn’t play time.
