1 Extender 1 year - 2 exercises 1 year -3 pumping 1year
Since I heard that it is better to start only with length exercises for the first year. Would it be a good idea to start using an extender (ADS) (for length) for the first year and then start doing PE exercises (length and girth) after a year (no more using the extender)? And then after a year of exercises start doing pumping (and quit the PE exercises)?
