Possible thrombosis

Possible thrombosis

Hey guys, I’d like to ask you on this hard string that surrounds all the surface below my glans. It appeared after several hours of ADS use, just eleven months ago now. At first I thought it was sclerosing lymphangitis but now I think it might be Mondor’s.

At first, it was just It, but after several weeks or months other veins started to seem affected. My urologist told me he didn’t see anything at all, so I’m desperate. I’ve tried all kinds of medicines without success, It just gets less swollen, but as soon as I masturbate or have sex, it gets inflamed again, sometimes being rather painful. I’m now trying with aspirin again.

What would you reconmend me?

Firstly, yes, I am half circumcised.
So my problem is that all that visible veins were not so visible before the injury, and they are inflamed and hurt.

I also feel a thin string running down along the ventral surface of my shaft, which can be slightly appreciated in the last pic.

If you look carefully, you can see this thickening in the superior 1/3 of the mucosa, just like in this picture from years ago, when the inflammation went away on its own without affecting blood vessels.

Generally inflammation or thrombosis will eventually go away on its own. Since that hasn’t happened for you, you might try some light massage while flaccid. Maybe ten minutes, two or three times a day. Don’t dig at the veins and try to force them, just a gentle massage.

A few years ago a number of jelquers and clampers swore by “Eroset’s Vein Oil”. If you type that into the search box you’ll find the main thread. You can get the ingredients off eBay if you want to give it a try. The theory was that EVO was comprised of “penetrating” oils that would eventually work their way down to the clogged areas and help free them up.

Indeed, I am using EVO. I came along that post a few weeks ago. I’ve been using it for a few days and I get some relief, but the string remains hard and visible, just less painful.

I’ve been using it with thrombocid, hirudoid and aspirin.

I’ve tried using a penis pump expecting to unblock this strange string. It surrounds all the subcoronal mucosa (just like sclerosing lymphangitis) and then turns down to the shaft becoming very thin and hard.

Yes, I know, bad idea. Except for the fact it’s worked very well for now. I find EVO and the very gentle pumping a great combo which I’ll continue to explore.

I’m being extra cautious with this. I was terrified at first but this vein indeed has got smaller and hurts less.

Am I crazy? I’ve cut off aspirin just in case.

Sounds good to me.

Some guys use breast pumps when pumping. I picked up a used Spectra S3 from eBay for $35 a couple of years ago. I think I got about 500 hours out of it before it died.

While some guys reported close to 5”Hg, I never saw more than 2.5”, and even then that was just a quiver on the guage as the pump stepped up vacuum and then dumped it as it cycled. I don’t think it did much for classical ideas of pumping, but I think the stepped cycle helped flush fresh blood through my shaft, which ought to be good for general penile health. I’ve been meaning to get a replacement.

Well, yeah. Your dick is sort of important, and having the urologist brush off your problem probably didn’t help much.

Since what you’re doing seems to be working, just keep at it.

Aspirin is a moderately effective blood thinner. Why did you stop taking it?

Sounds exactly like the thing I need. The hole in the rubber was too thin for me, so I tried opening it a bit with scissors and now part of my scrotum is sucked in very uncomfortably.

I was concerned about the pump, and possible hematoma or too much red/purple dots. I may retroinduce it soon. This weekend I’ve made total rest and the string is much smaller. I just don’t know if I should let it heal completely now that It seems to be responding.

Well, pumping is not making this hard string disappear, but it disappears during pumping… So strange.

Anyway, I’m making gains/regaining. I’ve regained 3mm in girth and like 5mm in lenght. I’m hitting my top measurements, just like a year ago.

Well, today’s been strange. I decided to stretch and after the session I realised the string was less inflamed than ever, just how this thing got in the past after fucking a lot.

I felt some sort of crunch during the stretching, but thought -and still think- it was some structure sliding over the septum. After stretching a bit it was nearly flat. Maybe the grip?
A few hours later I pumped (1/2h), with great results and without the string getting inflamed like before.

In the past, when my dick got this mild, flat string, it usually disappeared by its own in a few days. Should I carry on with the things that are making me feel better or should I wait a couple of days to see if it disappears?

It is now coming and going. It becomes harder and thicker when I do not use Eroset’s oil. Hope it is part of the healing. The dorsal plexus got really blue yesterday but got better after some EVO and massaging.

I’m also using trombocid and hirudoid. I’m planning to use the pump tomorrow again.

Well, yesterday was not a good day. I took rest and the string was quite visible and hard. Only EVO makes it softer.

I’ve just finished pumping, by the way. I’m getting better at it. I’ve made a mark at 7 inches in the cylinder. Anywhere else I get beyond, will be gains. And, of course, the string’s got better immediately.
