Preventive & Injury care w/ RED + NIR Pad

Twice in 4 month, after a water pump or jelq session that I may have pushed a bit too hard, I felt a bit of discomfort to almost what I would call a muscle strain. I immediately gave it 30 min with NIR + RED pad and it took it away or helped it feel better sooner.

I know that anytime you mess up your back or neck the first thing they recommend is heat. Any correlation between this with PE? I don’t know. I just want this message to go to the universe if it helps someone or if we can build on this to see what best practices could be after you pushed a bit too hard.

Has anyone else had a positive experience with this New/Old NIR treatment for PE?

As always please note that I ALWAYS warm up before any session.

I hope this helps others, I wanted to post that on my last slight strain, I hit it with the NIR+ RED pad and feeling good.

For anyone wondering about time. I am about 8 months in with RED + NIR pad for 30 min a day, 5 times a week. I have had no issues with PE or with anything negative with RED + NIR. Will report back if anything changes

I also use a red light/ infrared light during my traction sessions I also preheat with a rice sock. I really ever feel any discomfort or pain after stretching because of these two things.

Any particular red heat pad you recommend buying? I’m currently recovering from a muscle strain, my IC muscle to be exact
