It sounds like one of the kinds of scars that can be left by acne. They’re commonly called “icepick scars.” Dermatologists deal with them by using lasers or chemicals to thin the skin so the scar isn’t as deep, by injecting fillers under the scars to raise them up, or by cutting them out and stitching the hole closed. There might be some other procedures that could be appropriate.
It looks like your problem is fixable if you can find a dermatologist who will work with you. And given how small the area is, it should be a lot cheaper than working on a face.
