over time I have had scars on the penis in the back on the part of the CS to understand (more for the use of tweezers than the razor blade even if the opposite would be thought). you know a method / cream to make them disappear … they are similar to those that come with acne
Here is a link to a web site that has a lot of info on scar treatment and also rates some removal creams. I am guessing that a lot of these commercial creams will not be available in Italy, but there are other ideas on the web site for treating scars.

You have to decide based on information you find, unless someone else with experience with scar treatment responds to this thread. I do not have any experience with this, I just found some info to pass on.

- vitamin E creams
- proteolytic enzyme supplements known to break down fibrin and scar tissue - serrapetidase/nattokinase
Obviously do some research yourself and see what you think as they aren’t FDA approved products but nevertheless there are a lot of success stories online and many doctors even use them off label for fibrosing conditions. Worth a try maybe?

If it’s just dark pigmentation, there are chemical and laser bleaching methods that you might check into.

they are like holes when you peel off pimples … so I would like it uniform to the rest of the skin … let’s say color is not the priority
