Should I Tell My Urologist I Did PE?

Should I Tell My Urologist I Did PE?

Well I know I injured my self with PE , I used to get a good erection I know my body well I could have sex 5 times a day if not more.

As some of you know I have to see my UROL on 26th july (2 days before my 20th birthday) if I block the big vein on my penis I can get a erection basically full, so I’m pretty sure I have a venous leak, and I know most urols won’t do anything if you can have a erection regardless of firmness along as it is deemed hard enough to penetrate.

So should I say I’ve had it since birth, because if I do have a venous I would ask to be transferred to a interventional radiologist (sp)

I don’t want diplomacy and truth to get in the way of me healing, but I also have a firm flaccid, does this have anything to do with Venous leak of do I have another problem also. Has anyone had this Emolozation(sp) in England, or anywhere else and how did you find it could you have sex properly, also how long does it last?

Thanks.

Yes. How else will you answer at why you injured yourself? It’s better that he understand what have happen if he have to cure you.

Starting Size: 7 x 5 (may/2010, new to PE though) / 18,2 cm x 12,6

Size now: 8.78 x (not mesured) / 22,3 cm x ??

Short term goal: 10 x 7 Long term goal: empregnate the moon seething home and looking the US's Super Bowl.

qwertypoiuyt, you “know” you injured yourself with PE. Can you tell us the specifics of what happened or how you know this?

sizetek, you are making the assumption that such things happen only as the result of injury. I’m not sure that these things aren’t sometimes the result of a congenital problem, occurring more or less spontaneously, or as the result of anything no more strenuous than normal masturbation or intercourse.

qwertypoiuyt, if you don’t want to ‘fess up about your PE, you could say that you used to have better erections, but there was an incident (more vigorous than usual intercourse, maybe?), and since then, your erections have not been the same.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Be totally honest.

A good understanding of your background might help him to get a good diagnostic on your problem.

It might even help him to tie your case with those of other person afflicted with the same condition -and for the same causes-, people who might have been treated with success.

So apart from speeding up the process of diagnostic, you risk strictly NOTHING.

If he were to laugh at you, to be judgemental, it’s no big deal. Think to yourself that the only difference between him and you is the fact that he hadn’t got the balls ( ^^ ) to work his dick for fear of accident.

Ultimately, who would dare to poke fun at someone whose only wish is to please women.

You only have one dick. You already hurt it. And you think it might be a good idea to lie to the person who might be able to fix it. The more he knows about your case, the better the odds he will know what to do to help you. What do you gain by lying to him? It only allows you to salve your ego, saving you the embarrassment of admitting you wanted a bigger dick. If my choice is to have either my dick or my pride intact, I’ll go with the dick, thank you.

― Margaret Cho

If you tell him you did PE he is automatically going to rule out a lot of things which could be a good thing or a bad thing. If you tell him about PE make sure you let him know you thought it was a stupid thing and will never do it again or else he may not help you as well as he would. Have you searched up the best urologist you could find? You can’t put a price on a functioning penis I would fly around the world if I had to.

I cosign this. The urologist will not give a f**k of what you did, Doctors see the strangest things of the world.

It’s just about pertinent informations.

I’m going to disagree that there is absolutely nothing to lose by telling the full truth here. I agree that it’s likely this would be harmless, but there are a few asshole doctors out there (not most!) who are judgmental of some patients, depending on what caused their ailments, and it can affect their level of interest in the problem that the patient presents with. Of course, a urologist of all docs shouldn’t care how a patient injured his penis, but you never know. I’m sure they see some bozos who tie ropes to their dicks and hang 80 lbs off of them while high on weed, probably not the most sympathetic cases ;)

Depending on what kind of PE you were doing that you think caused your problem, I might take Lampwick’s tactic of making it clear that you may have caused the problem through physical trauma, but not necessarily specifying that you were PEing per se. If the only PE you were doing was jelqing, for example, whatever injury that could cause would be the same as overly vigorous masturbation or sex with a less-than-100% erection.

You’ll probably get the sense of what kind of doc this guy is as you meet him and start talking to him. With luck, you’ll get someone who cares a lot about your case and will do everything he can to help diagnose and treat the problem, regardless of whether it was caused by PE or was a spontaneous congenital issue or something else.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Please :donatecar to Thunder's Place to keep it running.

Be brutally honest. They see a lot of scared guys who had minor sex injuries and will likely discard you as one if you don’t tell him the full truth.
