Spots on head of penis under foreskin

I have these dots under the head of the foreskin. I;m thinking of getting tested for an std. But I dont feel any burn while peeing, or any other symptom.

there is no pain or ichyness.

what could this be?

I believe they are “Pearly Penile Papules” and extremely common (half of guys with foreskin have them). Look into it before you worry any more. :D

I’ll be tickled pink, I have two tiny ones on the side of my frenulum, woulda never noticed otherwise.
