I scanned the first 10 pages of this forum and nothing really jumped out at me as being the same. I broke up with my girlfriend 2 months ago now, and about a month ago I decided to try jelquing again. Only 50 reps at a time. I did this for 2 days, then stopped because of the swelling I’ve noticed.

I’m cut, and I have a bulging vein on the top right of my penis just ahead of the foreskin, but below the glans. This has been noticably larger since those 2 jelquing sessions. Also the glans is swollen and puffy now, which did not exist at all before the sessions. Sometimes the pee hole opening gets puffed outwards, which I haven’t seen before. When I say swollen and puffy I mean the kind that when I take my penis out of my pants you can see indents from my clothes in the glans. I’ve noticed the effect tends to go away when my dick hasn’t seen any activity for a day or so, but it comes back if there’s activity, and the more activity the more it comes back.

So the solution seems obvious. I’m going to have to *gulp* go without for several days to see if it goes away completely. But maybe you experts have a better idea? *crazy hoping going on here*

Welcome to conditioning. Your unit is traumatized, but it has to get used to it as long as it is not too extreme. Remember, most of us have seen fast gains during the conditioning phase. If you feel you need to take a break, then do so. You have a swollen unit and it is starting to stretch the skin, but remember in order to gain, the skin must stretch. I remember when my unit started doing that, I too was a bit concerned. I ended upsurpassing my goal, but remeber, we are all different. When is the last time you seriously and consistantly PE’d as you are doing now?

Well as I said, it was only 2 sessions. So it neither reached the serious nor consistent phase. I haven’t been either serious or consistent for several years now (you’ll notice my measurements are from 4 years ago in my sig). But I don’t remember it puffing up like this before, except for the foreskin, and I may very well have created the bulging vein during that timeframe, in fact I’m pretty sure I did. But anyways, this puffyness for lack of a better word has been going on for nearly a month now from those 2 sessions..

Do you really think this is a good sign? should I be hanging now? I used to hang with my redi-stretcher alot. But I lost the desk I used to sit at, not to mention the weights. I still have the redi-stretcher though. A few light weights are easy to come by. Also I’ve recently fixed up a chair that I could sit in and play my PS2 while I’m hanging… Yeah, I’m broke poor right now.

Maybe you should consider seeing a doctor. Maybe you damaged something internally.
