Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Think I may have screwed myself up for life.

I had the same issue too many times.

Good erections, limp flaccid, painful erections and sometimes painful ejaculations. Never, I repeat, never could tell the reason. It just sometimes happened going away by its own. Sometimes in a month, sometimes less. Sometimes gradually healing and sometimes literaly in a couple of days.

Penis worked fine but I had pain. All that before PE, mate.

Until today, I can’t tell what the fuck was that. Maybe I could say that it happened when I was stressed for a while, you know, not heavily stressed, just stressed for, I don’t know maybe a week or two with something. Again, I am talking mild stress, but I don’t know if that was it.

I also had periods in my life being horny as a donkey. Just like that. Never could tell why.No particular reasons, no changes, nothing.

Anyway, go to another doc to get another opinion, 3 months is a long time.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I stopped my self from getting day time erevtions but my dick has a slight curve to the left with a small indent on the left side. Not sure if it had always been there. I don’t know shot the indent but my penis has always fallen to the left as far back as I can remember. I have stopped all daytime erections but I still get nocturnal erections. Haven’t tried sex or masturbation since April 25th, too scared of the pain.

I don’t know if there’s a test, I didn’t see a doctor at the time and I don’t remember worrying about it, I just thought oh well it’ll get better.
You describe exactly the same thing I was left with, a very slight curve and indent on the left CC
The indent was exactly where the pain was and there was also about a 10mm spot of gristle over the indent, I assume scar tissue. When I first injured it that spot was swollen and bruised so there was clearly internal bleeding.

Time healed most of it then massage and dmso and iodine seemed to break up the remaining scar tissue. I’d say now it’s 99% normal.
The injury was 20 odd years ago and was not PE related either.

I didn’t notice any bleeding or swelling at the time. I am pretty sure there wasn’t any. My thinking was I tore the skin (fascia, tissue, etc) away from the glans on the left side. Hence the pain and indent. Never had any issues getting elections. Probably masturbating m in March made it worse. I have left it alone and seen multiple docs but they don’t have an answer. Is urology so far behind when compared to other parts of the anatomy in terms of advancement? Just hoping and praying it gets better but three monger is a long time,

How long did it take you to fully recover? I have seen multiple docs with little in a way of diagnosis.

No bleeding or swelling then it’s extremely unlikely you tore anything.

I had an ultrasound within a week or so of the injury and the ultrasound showed hydroceles. Not sure if they can tell if it’s just fluid or blood. Can they?

Someone suggested nerve damage because of the spasm and contraction after ejaculation. And pain in the penis. The guy said it may be the dorsal nerve of the penis. That doesn’t make sense to me because i can still have erections and the pain is worse only when I bend or move my body in certain positions.

Nerve pain is usually quite distinct, if you feel tingling or burning sensation when you even just lightly touch an area it’s probably a nerve.

I can’t help on the ultrasound thing.

Whether fluid or blood it really doesn’t make a difference nor would they cause you pain until they became enlarged and you would know that. Do you know what a hydrocele is?

You guys have been great in provide help and advise.

Yes, it’s a burning sensation right undermeath the glans on the shaft. Only hurts to pee or when I touch the area. Needless to say, sex and masturbation is a scary proposition right now. Incidentally, my masturbation technique was to stimulate the underside with the bottom part of my palms and I feel a sharp pain that travels along the shaft from scrotum to tip. I know you guys don’t think it’s fascia but I can literally see every vein in my penis shaft. And I can move the veins, I mean actually move them up and down by pushing under it or above it. Almost like moving a wire. That can’t be normal.

Hydrocele is fluid around the testicles. Generally harmless unless it gets too big. Fluid is vague, if it’s an injury, it could be blood, no?

They are not extremely large but they are about the size of lime. The right side is bigger and that’s the one that’s more painful. If I slee in semi fetal position, I wake up with tingling in my scrotum, like pins and needles.

One other thing, when I pee the burning is there and that’s why they suspected UTI initially but the burning slowly subsides. Do you think it’ll get better with time or am I screwed for life. I’d hate to think I can never have painless sex ever again.

I’m not an expert so I can only tell you what happened in my case.
I had some nerve pain in the glans and at the base caused by my old pump cylinder, it healed in a few months like between 3-6.

I also had nerve damage in my shoulder a few years ago that affected my whole arm, that also cleared up eventually.

Don’t give up hope.

That’s promising to hear. Glad you recovered. I initially thought it was either a fascia tear at the base of the penis or suspenspory ligament damage at the base log, I was a regular chronic masturbatir. I distinctly remember masturbating, going to sleep and waking up in pain in the penis. Then the doctors got a hold of me and put me through the ringer with antibiotics and prostatitis. I started to improve about ten days in and then I resumed my masturbauonmasturbation and I believe I really messed myself up by mid March. By the way, no doctor had ruled out suspenspory ligament damage out either or any tear at to base. When it’s hanging it’s lifeless and so limp and I don’t ever remember it being that way. Do you have a theory on the fascia tear in the penis based on me being able to move the veins, I mean literally move them.

Who said you can’t move veins? During surgery docs move them all the time. If the tissue is fatty or the vein is superficial sure you can move them a bit.

I can move my veins around as well, always could for what it’s worth.

Hey cam do you think you’ll recover? If so what would you do to help it. If not why not?
