Thrombophlebitis. Anyone went through this?

Thrombophlebitis. Anyone went through this?

"Thrombophlebitis is an inflammatory process occurring in veins that leads to the formation of blood clots (thrombi)".

I can’t say for sure, since I am not a medical expert, but I think something like this happened to me.
It’s like a small portion of a rope (3-4 cm) with some knots along the length of the portion. No pain, no discomfort. Just a pretty hard "rope" with lumps, just under my skin (it moves with the skin, just like veins do.

I am interested if this happened to anyone here (well I am pretty sure it happened to dozens of dudes on this forum, just hope they read this) and if they stopped PE until it went away. From what I have read, they are pretty harmless and go away on their own in about a month.
I would like not to take a break right now, but if I must, I will.
So if anyone had to deal with such a thing, please mention your experience.

Thank you and keep on grinding those gains!

Thank you Andy.

Yes, I have read about that too, it’s what I thought it was, at first. And also now with your +1 opinion.

3-4 sessions before it appeared I added some squeezes into my routine, I think they are the main cause.

Anyway, stopped jelqing since I noticed it and just today I resumed my 20 mins stretching, I don’t think that stretching can do any more harm, tbh.

Good: It’s annoying but fixable.

Bad: It can take a long time to go away unless you do some rehab work. For that, you’ll need to hit the archives. I’ve not run into it personally, and it has been a long time since I read about it.

I got these "lymphoceles" a few times when doing heavy jelqing. Like AndyJ says, they go away but it takes time. I’ve read in the forums that taking aspirin or Advil can help expedite the healing. For me, I stopped aggressive jelqing and made sure I was exercising a lot, especially running because I also read that exercises where you bounce (I didn’t make this up) help clear the lymph.

The last one I had lasted for a couple months and was kind of painful if you messed around with it while erect. But, like the others, it eventually went away when I backed off the intensity. I’m sure yours will too.
