Urgent: Air Bubble on Penis Head?

Just came out of my vac extender and to my great surprise found this huge bubble on the side of my glans. It doesn’t hurt at all but it’s really freaking me out. I’ve been using electrical tape rather than the 3M tape since running out of it almost 3 weeks ago. This was probably a stupid move, but it’s been fine up until now. Has this happened to anyone before and is it something to be concerned about. I’m going to give it until the morning and see if it subsides or else I’m going to a walk-in in the morning.

It’s a water blister. They usually occur due to over stressing the glans while pumping, but can occur during extended periods of hanging if there is a lot of pressure directed to the glans .

I have suffered them in both circumstances, and have reduced the intensity of my exercises to avoid them.

You will have to puncture the blister and allow it to drain. Keep it covered and protected and don’t allow it to dry out and scab to quickly. I would regularly apply Neosporin to keep it moist and sanitized, and it helps promote healing.

Just don’t allow it to dry while exposed and in contact with your clothing. If your underwear gets stuck to the open blister after in has dried it is a very painful process of separating them.

Also don’t do any PE while it is healing - for at least 2 weeks. Forcing blood under pressure into that area before it is healed will result in permanent darkening like a bruise.
