Vacextender and glans

Next time you try using the vacextender, my advice would be to tape the whole glans, even past the coronal ridge (the base of the glans). That means snipping off pieces and cutting into pieces so they mold to your glans easier, then laying them on top of each other. The end result should look like a paper-mache glans. I’ve been experimenting with tape recently and this seems to prevent fluid buildup on the tip (most important part) better than the caps; the caps prevent fluid buildup on the base better.

DMSO: Many Uses, Much Controversy

DMSO reduces inflammation and is used as a mild topical analgesic. It is not merely a delivery system for Iodine, it has it’s own benefits (although the ability to break down collagenous scars is probably more useful for shaft injuries than head injuries). I would forgo neither as a treatment method, if I were you.

Taping whole glans sounds like its gonna take some time. Also I cant find that tape anywere else than from monkey bar and even that tape cost 4-5$ delivery here costs 20$. So if I order one tape it costs 25$. Do you know wheere you could by that tape cheaper? Thats one reason ehy I am thinking of stoppin vacEX, tape is too expensive. I asked local pharmacies and they said that they dont have it, which is wierd since its really usefull tape.

Don’t you have problems with foreskin sliding over the glans if you tape the whole glans ? I find that I need my coronal ridge to be in a higher position for not letting the foreskin slide over it.

Are you referring to vac-extender usage? I find that shoving the glans in very tightly, allowing the sleeve to unroll, and pulling the frenulum down, prevents sliding. Then I make sure I pull back any excess skin as I roll further (I have lots of excess skin from stretching/jelqing). There’s a video on youtube about it, but basically the key is to keep your skin as taught as possible while you unroll.

Aftershock: sorry I wasn’t clear. I think DMSO+iodine is better than iodine alone. So you should go ahead and buy that DMSO.

I was referring to the usage of a vac hanger, similar to a vac extender. Yes, pushing the glans in as much as you can improve things somewhat, but my glans still lowers(inside the cap) when I apply the weight. I wonder if I would have a way to vacuum the air, by a valve or something attached to it, my glans would not lower that much inside.

Can I ask you how much do you get your penis inside the cap? It goes over the corona,right ? By much ? Have you tried applying weight to the setup ?

alin: what you described happens to me when I do higher tension or bundle my penis. I can visibly see the glans dropping from the cap after 15 mins or so. Pretty much my only solution has been to jam it back in and to increase the tension every now and then.

I can imagine with vac-hanging, which puts more weight than extension does, you encounter the problem more frequently.

To answer your question: My coronal ridge is almost exactly lined up with the end of the cap when I start extension. It slips about a centimeter out, and I shove it back in (while lifting the silicone sleeve where it covers the airhole).

Oh boy, havent got my DMSO yet. Has anyone else ordered it to Europe? It might be in customs. Can you use it somehow dangerously? What should I tell customs if I have to get it from there? Healing my glans because too much vacextender, I dont want to say that.

You can tell customs you want to use it as a solvent with iodine to reduce scar tissue.My physical therapist says I have scar tissue on a tendon in my shoulder. I am testing it on that right now. DMSO on its own has low toxicity.

Your result is amazing. .5” from vacExtender? How long do you wear in a day? And what force do you use?

I wore mine for 5 months straight without any gains :( I am going to take a break now.

With regards to bruise glans, that is the only thing I got from wearing it. No gains, but a bruised head. I kinda get used to it. From my own experience, it is the fluid build up. Do you use the anti-fluid tape?

A few things I do:

- Make sure I urinate before I put it on. Jelq a couple times to squeeze out the extra fluid in the system.
- Once you insert the glans into the vacCap, do you push around the edge of the cap to release air? Make sure you do a couple of times. I sometimes even adjust it after a few minutes of wearing it.
- Test this yourself. I find sometimes I can push it too hard and cause more bruise. So the amount of force you use to push it in can create more pressure.

I conclude that there is no way to avoid glans bruise from vacuum device.

kubchaser: I ordered immediately those stronger strings from MB. I used very very hard force when I had my intense vac season. It was so hard that I even damaged my finger because it pressured so much to nail that system is attached to. I really had to use force to get things on. So, of course partly my glans damage is due very forceful strech, or at least I think so. Less forcefull streches I dont get so bad damaged. But I have taken break from whole PE at least a month. Now I started some light 1-2 hours a day vac strech. I have to stop it anyway next week when going to vacation for two weeks. I am pretty satisfied with my lenght, but would still like to hit that 8” someday. Maybe hanging could give some more or then just destroy more my glans =) Anyway girth is my priority concern and I havent ever really stared to work with it. If I have time and everything is ok I start to work with girth someday, propably clamping since I have tryied it already.

In my main VacEx season i wore it about 4-6 hours a day. Some day could go maybe 8, but then glans got worse and worse and I finally had to stop it. It might be that when streching really really hard with VacEx it can be compared to 20 min hard hanging session. Just my thought. Strech is always strech no matter how you commit it.

About those V streches and every kind of weird manual streches.. hmm, I have never believed for those too much. Well, maybe V strech is more hit to tunica but it sounds stil like “making things harder than they actually are” (dont know good word in english for this). Also between the cheeks sounds like crap to me since the strech is very low (well maybe it effects for flaccid cock for awhile but I am only interested my erected unit) . Just my opinions, I am not physicist but read about those things pretty much though.

I read from somewhere that your glans should be at small state when putting in cap. I have fairly small glans so I try to get it bigger than totally flaccid state by kegelin blood into it. I think it wise to try to cover the cap entirely to get as litlle damage as possible. I am not sure if I read it form monkeybars page. Maybe Ihave misunderstood it.

Several weeks ago I put the cap on my engorged glans after a clamping session. I was using it only as an ADS with about 16 oz in weights. After an hour I had developed two small water blister at the tip. I believe when they said your glans should be small they mean not engorged. Apparently, the small vacuum in the cap was enough to force out the fluid build up in my engorged glans.

I now also make sure to push my head in against the cap and roll the sleeve down over the vent hole to make sure all air is vented out and my glans are tightly seated against the cap before applying any tension.
