Vacextender and glans

I used vacextender about year. My glans got bruised very badly when using. I took brakes to let it heal, but it never healed back to normal color.

Now I have had a break about 1 month. Color is still very different (darker, like about a 0.5” dark line going around glans). I dont mind so much about color but its still sometimes a bit sentitive (hurts) for example when mastubating.

Do you think that color and feeling gets back to normal in time? Vacextender is very effective extender but useless if it destroys your glans. Do you have same problems and have you solved these problems?

At the moment I have stopped PE compeletely (there was a death incidence in my family so PE just doesnt feel very smart thing to do right now) but maybe I start again someday. I got at least .5” from vacextender. It would be very usefull equipment if you could somehow cover your glans from damage with decent effort.

Hi phantasm. I read about DMSO Iodine thread. As I watchfrom internet it says that DMSO is illegal here. Do you think that tubbing just nascent iodine to glans would do any good?

I think that DMSO for human consumption is illegal everywhere.

Go to your pet store and see if they have it.

I got mine from Amazon and the company was a pet company.

The iodine should work by itself too.

I use a VacExtender for both my extender and as an ADS. It seems that the tip of my glans dries out a bit and looses sensitivity after using it for 2-3 days in a row as an extender or using it for more than 8 hours as an ADS. My cap has a “bleeder” hole under the sleeve. If I roll down the sleeve and push in my head, I can hear a small amount of air being released. I then roll the sleeve back over the hole for a tight fit which seems to help and allows me to use the VacExtender for longer periods of time before I need to take a break to allow my glans to recover.

Hey aftershock. I use the VacExtender as well. If your glans is discolored, maybe consider buying Monkeybar’s silicone headpieces or Phallosan headpieces; they allow you to put a compressive force on your glans. I find using them results in much less fluid buildup and discoloration than just anti-fluid taping the glans.

Do you just tape, or do you already use a headpiece?

phantasm: I bought some iodine and started to use that. It tickles pretty nasty first but it goes away after few minutes.

yummyarsenic: I have used only tape from monkey bar. I also ordered some monkeybars headpiece (yellow one) but it seemed very hard to use and the other one was even broken already. Does Phallosan use somekind of condom to protect glans? And is it difficult to use and does it break easily. I wrote a message for phallosan if they have a solution to glans pain/discoloration problem. Maybe monekybar has also improved his equipment. Havent visit his site for awhile.

Aftershock: you’re pretty much right about monkeybar’s caps. They’re less intuitive and have to be modified to your glans (Autoextender Penis Enlargement Device for instructions) and for vac-extender usage. As they come, they’re only suitable for vachanger usage.

Phallosan’s caps, however, are super durable and easy to put on (gel silicone instead of soft silicone. I have no outside interest in endorsing Phallosan, their service is bad and their ADS overpriced). When I use the constriction sleeve or Phallosan cap (I’ve tried both), I get almost no fluid buildup, but when I tape, if I don’t tape the whole glans as well as the coronal ridge I’ll get some discoloration and fluid buildup, plus taping the glans is a chore, like paper-mache on my dick. Anyway that’s my 2 cents: I recommend you dig up that extra sleeve you have lying around and try it.

Can you use Phallosan cap for vacextender bought from Monkeybar? I understood that its like a condom and they break easily, not sure about that. I still have Monkeys yellow constriction sleeve. I try that if I am back for ectending. Right now I feel that I am not going to strech anymore. It´s about 1.5 month since I quit and glans is still hurting when touching it. Like when teenager and your foreskin was still over glans and it hurted when you touched glans.

Sometimes it didnt hurt at all and I didnt get any fluid buildup or bad discoloration. Then I started to get discoloration and water blister. I had gone too far too fast. My strech power was really strong. Now I am afraid it destroyed my glans permanently. To have an erection is really hard when your glans hurt. I just have a big break, do some manual streching maybe. Today I also had clamping session but didnt get good feel about it, maybe because bad EQ because painy glans.

Aftershock: the phallosan protectve caps (by cap I don’t mean the actual bell/condom, I mean the silicone constriction caps, sorry) can be used w/ monkeybar’s vacextender (that’s what I’ve done). They don’t last tha long, true.

Taking a break sounds like a good idea, I also second tweaking’s advice for the dmso/iodine—but make sure you combine the two, otherwise the treatment will only reach superficial levels of your skin.

Yummuarsenic: I have used only Iodine and some skin came off from my glans. It sure look better color now, almost normal. I tryied to learn something about iodine from this guys youtube page but cant understand evertything he says HerbsPlusBeadWorks - YouTube.

Check out the last 2 or 3 pages of this thread for good information on using iodine together with DSMO. I have been using it for a week now and all the discoloration has disappeared. There was a slight shedding of skin on the second day but all is fine now. I also use viaimin E. I am also back to using my VacExtender and Vac ADS on a full time basis.

I tried vacextender again less than 2 hours and glans get pretty red. It didnt hurt since I used pretty low strenth sterch but discoloration appeared pretty soon. I put some iodine on it. Maybe I just have to gice up with vacextender.

I ordered my DMSO through vitacost.com in the US. Don’t know if they ship to Europe. It is manufactured by DMSO, Inc, PO Box 439, Ghent, KY 41035 (USA). Perhaps you can contact them to see if they have a European distributor.

If practical, limit time in the extender to 1 hour or 1.5 hours and do more sessions.

Aftershock, I think the Iodine is key. The DMSO may aid with absorption faster, but the Iodine is going to be absorbed anyway.
