Water pumping injuryproblem

I was using my bathmate on 75% pressure for 16 minutes and when I exited the pump my dick had marks from where it was touching the rubber(first time it happened).

I decided to masturbate 3 hours after the session and I saw my dick has changed Link Removed like this.

Now almost 24 hours after the session my dick remains the same.

The girth on the spots above under and on the new “curve” are the same or a little smaller(can’t be sure),and EQ is kinda worse.

Anyone had this problem before?

Is it possible I have done permanent damage?
