When you know you've broken your dick?

Sometimes during sex after changing the position my dick gets hit. Everytime I’m scared that I’ve done something serious, but I only feel minor pain, which fades away and I’m even able to get erection afterwards.

So my question is when do you know that you have really injured it? Is it possible to permanently injure it without hard pain and ED?

Nothing, it has happened only 2-3 times, that my partner kicks my penis or something awkward and unusual like that.

I guess the problem lies in what you would consider an injury. I would say that if something hurts for a brief amount of time and there’s no permanent damage then it wouldn’t be considered an injury. On the other hand, if something hurts and there is some permanent damage then you would have yourself an injury.

To have serious permanent damage due to a single traumatic event without a lot of pain I would have to say is very unlikely.

Maybe you participate in some sex acts that I am not familiar with, but try to avoid her kicking your dick. Also if you are deep in her avoid her twisting in weird directions. It doesn’t sound that you have injured your penis. As long as you can still maintain erections and it functions. If its just a little sore from sex ice it. You’d probably be alright.
