Additional Information On Supplements.

This is anecdotal experiences, but I will share what I have learned so far. These are the supplements that have actually had a direct effect.

Ginkgo Biloba
Does increase bloodflow, but it also increases estrogen. The bloodflow will mask the negative effects of the estrogen. My libido and EQ sucks, yet while pumping my expansion has been better because of the bloodflow.

Ashwagandha
Only gave me hyperthyroidism which contributed to insomnia and anxiety.

Maca Root
Works well with libido and EQ. No drawbacks found after supplementing and doing research

Muira Puama
Makes me feel good and positive but blocks dht

Black seed oil
Better sleep and overall well being but blocks dht. Noticed better gains when using this to jelq and edge.

Damiana
Only increases testicle hang

Yohimbe
Works very well under 400mg. Anything over can cause jittery feeling and anxiety much like caffeine overdose. Taking on an empty stomach may cause stomach inflammation.

Pygeum
Increased precum and made my ejaculate thicker but blocks dht.
