I think D-Aspartic Acid falls into the category of testosterone boosters, not something that affects androgen receptors directly. The information I’ve seen on DAA is that it can possibly boost Test by about 30-40%, but that it also boosts prolactin and probably SHBG. Prolactin elevation is not good for refractory period and elevated SHBG could reduce free test, which is what you want to boost in the first place. Not sure what the differential elevation in free test and SHBG-bound test is while using DAA. As a supplement nut, I’ve tried DAA and was generally happy with the results, but probably had better results in test elevation (my subjective opinion) using an aromatase inhibitor like ATD or Formestane. I have run both in alternating 4 week cycles in the past.
For skeletal muscles, L-carnitine (not sure of the proper dose) supposedly increases androgen receptor density, making more receptors available to interact with free test. I doubt this would be of any herlp with PE, but who knows?
If you consider gear, there are a lot of threads that suggest that low doses of Andractim (DHT cream) applied topically to your junk will help with PE. I believe there may be some merit to this claim, but I like my prostate and hair too much to give this a shot.
Again, just my opinions, recollections and experiences, no endorsement or guarantee of anything implied.
