Anyone tried Pine Pollen powder (T-boost, PE)?

Okay I’m a jerk and that’s fine by me. Do I care about guys here? Yes although I shouldn’t.
We look at supplements as no big deal when in fact they are. Most of the active components of drugs for instance come right from these things called supplements Vytorin is a cholesterol med in popular use. The active ingredient in that drug is found in the over the counter supplement red rice yeast. I could give you many more examples but why bore you.
When I write a post here it’s not just intended for the op. Many people read them so to keep guys safe like to point things out to everybody. Do I know people who ended up in hospitals due to overuse of supplements? Yes I do.

Now before I take supplement I have to have a reason, a symptom, something that is bothering me.Unless I missed something you never mentioned that you had any symptoms that you thought more T would help. Are there guys on here who will simply take a T booster with no need whatsoever? Yes there are. Might some of them have problems because of it? Yes they will.
Does extra T make you feel better? Sure. So does tequila. Does extra T have an effect on the body? Well if it didn’t it wouldn’t make you feel better would it?
Now if you had symptoms instead of taking a T booster have you considered other alternatives? I know you go to the gym but how about Vitamin D? That tends to increase T levels as well as being good for the rest of your body. Are you aware that there is a receptor for Vit D on every cell in the body? Can’t say that about many other vitamins or supplements. More exposure to the sun; change in diet can all increase T levels.
Okay so I take it I’m not wanted on your thread so don’t even read when I post.Just maybe the mellonhead who reads this thread, never posts, maybe not even a member might just think about it a bit more before buying a supplement as there are many other and safer ways to boost T.
Is it too early for tequila?

JB,

No one is saying you’re a jerk and I can appreciate your point of view looking out for someone maybe if your approach was different, the reaction would be different

As I’ve said in my previous replies on this thread, I have just had a feeling that there was hormonal imbalances going on due to my thyroid condition (now stable).

I’ve tried anti estrogen/T boosters supplements and have always “just felt healthier overall”. I was able to more easily maintain a healthy weight, muscle mass and overall healthier body.

Much of those anti estrogen supplements were unfortunately band as they were derivatives of synthetically made androstenedione.

Supplements like 6-OXO by Ergopharm (I never took the 1-AD mind you) as a stand-alone, supplements like Novodex-XT by Gaspari Nutrition and so on. Testbooster never seemed to do the trick the way these anti estrogen or anti aromatase supplements did.

I tried a few prohormomes but I think they were fake like cornstarch it sugar capsules as I never saw any results. I always took Milk Thistle for the liver to be safe and I eventually stopped taking things like that all together

For years I just dealt with feeling the way I felt despite my blood work being “normal” and what the doctors told me along with telling me I’d have to pay for blood work now.

I’ve tried other things never the same results. I’ve been searching for something much more natural. Tribulus did nothing for me.

Please keep in mind I always do my
research on supplements and listen to what my body says. If something doesn’t feel right, I don’t take it.

I did my research and read many reviews of Pine Pollen and this one felt right much more natural and I always take half of whatever the recommended dosage is.

As I mentioned earlier I live as healthy a lifestyle with things in moderation as possible.

I plan on cycling the Pine Pollen for 3 weeks another week and a half then one week off.

I do my best not to take supplements or st the very least lower than usual dosages then breaks.

Also, sometimes if someone doesn’t experience any symptoms, that doesn’t necessarily mean there isn’t an underlying issue. Some STI’s have no symptoms

Any way thank you for your concern JB

So you do have symptoms then. Now remember with what you have written now will end up helping out more guys than you know. Thanks.

So to what extent the Pine Pollen is effecting me positively I cannot say for sure.

I have had my liver and kidney function blood work done in recent past and all normal. I don’t drink much alcohol, I don’t smoke, do drugs of any kind including anabolic steroids, I don’t take many other supplements either, I don’t eat s lot of processed or sugary foods only sometimes, I exercise 3-4 times a week with body weight training and cardio, I try to sleep 7-8hrs a night and keep stress at bay as often as I can, I keep as hydrated as possible every day.

So with all of that said, here’s what I’ve experienced so far on half a dosage:

1. Increased morning wood
2. Heavier penis
3. Eyes don’t feel as heavy
(I noticed this from the very first dose)
4. I have more energy
5. I sleep better
6. I have immediately gained strength on my exercise being able to do more reps more easily
7. People seem more social around me including women (from what I’ve read this could be from the pheromone increases associated with taking Pine Pollen)
8. I’m in a better mood more frequently and don’t feel as down
9. My skin feels tighter (I’ve read it has effects on skin elasticity)
10. Less anxiety

Thanks for your update on your personal experience with this. I just added this to my stack (temporarily/experimentally) as well, starting yesterday, and will update this thread if I can isolate (notice) any effects from it.

As I mentioned I have a thyroid condition. The thyroid gland as we all know is responsible for many functions, overall health, circulation and hormonal balance in both men and women.

I lost unhealthy weight due to hyperthyroidism in which I had a lot of circulation issues, I had trouble gaining muscle mass. I believe I was hypo thyroid as a kid being chubby but not obese. I stated taking fat burners back in the late 1990’s including the ECA stack ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. I eventually stopped those and was lucky no major heart or health problems occurred. I did have increased heart rate and palpitations which was eventually controlled with medication

I fell victim to the supplement industry as everyone at that time was taking these fat burners and over doing it with caffeine which I avoid almost entirely

The endocrinologist and my doctor believe that I already had an underlying thyroid condition and all of those fat burners I took for a year or two in and off threw my hypo thyroid into hyper thyroid state as the research I later did said that those supplements could aggravate an underlying thyroid issue since I was never tested for a thyroid issue growing up, I never knew I had a condition

I later fell into those test boosters even tried a few prohormones wiich I think we’re fake as I mentioned earlier I never saw any results from them.

I only saw results from anti aromatase and anti estrogen supplements. That lead me to believe that low testosterone might not have been my main problem but a minor imbalance of hormones in relation to estrogen levels

From what I’ve read, anti estrogen supplements are somewhat passé as now with bodybuilding supplements estrogen modulators or regulators supplements seem to be the popular thing now.

Since finally stabilizing my thyroid levels, I found that I still had some trouble losing weight which isn’t a huge deal at this time now.

In regards to symptoms, I believe that my anti depressants were causing s lot of problems with weight and hormonal balance even though blood work showed “normal” (I dislike that word). The antidepressants I was on caused erection problems and needed visages

I finally found an antidepressant that causes no sexual side effects and is better than what I took in the past. I don’t need Viagara anymore. To boot I only need the lowest dose possible.

So to date my main symptoms as mentioned earlier pre-Pine Pollen included general low energy levels, some trouble shedding just a few extra pounds, not making any real strength, poor mood, some fatigue, issues with social settings involving women. I never lost my sex drive mind you.

So this is my second week on half a dose of Pine Pollen and as you can see many of these symptoms have been reversed in a very short time

After my third week ends next week, I plan on taking a week off as recommended. When I was younger, I never took breaks on supplements. I only stopped them when I decided to save money.

I do take 1000IUs of vitamin D sometimes 2000 IUs along with around 12mgs of Zinc a day or every other day. I have been taking these for some time before starting the Pine Pollen powder

I hope this helps

No problem I hope it helps

Take 3 weeks on one week off and I take half the recommended dose as that’s what my body tells me

I hope the Pine Pollen helps and do take note of what you experience.

I know each supplement (if it’s real 😜) or medication will have a different reaction to each individual. They will either work or not work from my experience as well as I notice my body always seems to get the most out of a working supplement with half doses.

That tells me that my body is already doing pretty well on its own. It’s been the same with medication, when asked to go up doses, I would feel sick or not right, I go back down to the low dose and would feel better

Some times I wonder if the supplement companies tell you to take a dosage so you will use it faster and run out faster having to buy more. Could it be possible?

Absolutely.

No seriously. The male "enhancement" supplement market is big business, making tons of money. It’s one of the reasons (that and PE) why I am grateful I found this forum. It’s not bullshit, money making marketing. It’s real input from real men. I like you am just trying to find what works for me, is safe, economical, and scientifically backed up. I do tons of research on supplements I add to my "stack" and experiment with (like this recent addition for me.)

This is my journey with PE (although not much PE related so far, I will be updating it in the future), and supplements.

My journey

It’s been a busy week hence my abscence.

So I started my week off Pine Pollen powder this past Tuesday. I can actually feel my body saying thank you for the week off. The first two weeks taking it I could feel my body saying thank you for starting the supplement

I will plan on taking the supplement again probably next Wednesday and will probably feel my body say thank you for starting it again

I feel the time off is giving my body a chance to balance out the hormones for a positive readjustment.

I’ve read tontake it 3 weeks on and 1 week off or as needed

So you feel it’s helping you. Good.

So you feel cycling is important? I have read different things on cycling…. Some for it and some against.

Yes I think it’s important as with any hormone support supplement I’ve always read it’s better to cycle them not to effect your body’s natural levels

It’s been two days back on the supplement and I have found it to be helping with energy levels. Granted I haven’t been getting enough sleep the past few days so it’s hard to tell but I feel it’s helping me get through and change of weather is really effecting me
