Can someone inform me of a good l-arginine product as there is so many to choose from on the net and the local drug stores dont have any. I am specifically trying to increase my semen production and quality.

Also does any one know if the effect on the arginine are permemnet or you have to keep taking for ever to have the large semen quantity?

It is very substantially cheaper in bulk.

Walmart carries Nature’s Bounty brand l-arginine—bottle contains 50 capsules , 500 mg per capsule , for a few dollars.

About $4 and they seem to be just as good as anything more expensive….my first time I took 3g on an empty stomach and within 2 hours had tremendous wood.

Anyone have a good cheap source for Maca?

Im just trying to be care full as i can dont want to get ripped off and definately dont want to entering crap in to my body, i try stay away from chemical medicine as much as possible. also the information on the effects if anyone knows, are they permenent or do you keep taking the stuff.

And you asked about Arginine…your last post here indicates plurality…”..do what theyre..”. If you had multiple supplement questions then ask away.

Arginine DOES has side effects, so it was a perfectly good question he was asking, not paranoid. Some people dont like to have chronic diarrea and stuff like that. Can you blame them?

So what else do you know about the stuff? and is it from experience or stuff you have read upon or been told?, either way it will be helpful.

By the way are you a doctor or something along those lines?
