Blood circulation tea?

Hi,

I read a post here of someone who mixed his own tea for better blood circulation,

I can only remember it consisted of Ginseng and Ginkgo tea, those two I have found.

Does anyone know what more could be mixed into a such mix? Or know of the post I’m talking about.

Those are great ingredients also ginger and pomegranate is good to.

Just add grated ginger to your pomegranate juice. Do you get pomegranate juice in Sweden.

Had to wikipedia Pomegranate for it’s latin name, which is Punica granatum. And then swedish wikipedia Punica granatum, which is Granatäpple. Or, directly translated, Grenade apple.

Yes we have grenade apple juice :)

And, yes they have no bananas!

Any more tips? I think he used some tea for bad blood circulation in the legs in the mix too. Thanks for the answers
