Boost Testosterone?

I’m looking for some things to help boost my testosterone. I have seen lots of pills online that “work” but would like to get some info from people here of things that actually work.

I have tried a few boosters online but have never felt an increase. I want to try to stay away from getting the shots to try to stay natural/ organic.

Lifting weights and eating right. Nothing beats that.

These guys are right on. Heavy lifting in the gym with a lot of saturated fat in the diet.

In addition what the others suggested about the importance of diet and sleep: How much stress at work? Are you overweight?

Lifting weights and a protein rich diet. After that it’s only a matter of time

Have you had your levels tested? Get a baseline to see what your levels are at presently. Then have them tested in 60-90 days. That will tell you if you’re in the right path.

Boron. 6 mg per day. Mainly affects free testosterone.

Personally, I believe that supplements have little effect. Some, perhaps, but nothing like what you’d get from a prescription. If you don’t like shots, they do make testosterone patches because it is a drug that can be absorbed through the skin.

But testosterone replacement therapy is fraught with hazards. Increases your chance of getting prostate cancer. Increases your chance of losing your hair. Can cause your body to shut down its normal testosterone production as you supply all that your body needs. If you want to go down this path, go to a doctor first, get your levels tested, and see what the doctor recommends.

I agree with Ernie. I wouldn’t waste money/time on over-the-counter supplements. I recommend getting your levels tested like Titleist says, then go the pharmaceutical route if you need a boost.

Never heard that. Squats and deadlifts are supposed to boost T and GH from what I’ve read.
